reg message duplication

Hi,

I have the following scenario.

I push a message to an nanite actor, the actor updates the DB.
After an interval of say 5 minutes if the DB is not updated I refire
the same request.

Is there a way to know if the message is no longer in the queue, so
that I can avoid duplicate posting.
