Peace of God and grace be multiplied unto you. I want to use this opportunity to appreciate you all for your relentless efforts toward the forthcoming conference. May God help us to make this planned conference a reality.

Kindly find attached the hand bill, your input is highly needed before final release. All attached is the minutes of July's meeting which contain the list of members of various committee. This will be useful for chairmen of committee to contacting their committee members.

 Dear Mr Faronbi,

  Welldone.  But pls note the following

  1. On the handbill 2ND NANDA-I  INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE. The letter 'I' is missing from  ' International'.

   2. I suggest that the  pre-conference workshops  themes  be written out boldly as highlights of  the event. This will attract  more interested participants .   The days for the  pre- conference workshops  should also be  stated on the poster/handbill.

  

    I have included my email and phone number on the attendance list for the minutes.

Thank you for the information, i have seen that somebody has pointed out the error on the hand bill, kindly build that in before sending the hand bills. I hope machinery will be put in place for renewal of our membership registration during the conference.

Thanks Joel for this update. I realise we are all very busy and this is an additional responsibility. You have done a good work getting this out.  Below are my comments; 

 

1. We still have to work on the handbill. I noticed you used the hand bill of the 2010 programme. Pls ,the 2012 conference is being planned by the NANDAI - Nigeria chapter. Therefore the ....Dept of Nursing Science  with motivation from the NANDAI ......should not be in the hand bill. 

2. The minute of the July meeting spelt out the membership of the subcommittees. We have had the Sept meting. The minute of the Sept meeting should be sent also. At that meeting more work has being done on the planning. The workshop topics have been suggested. initial programme was also developed. All these should be reflected on the handbill. Malaria has been deleted from subtheme and Woundcare was taking. The Naira cost was suggested and this should come up also.
