Software Developer/Architect
Min 4-15yrs of exp
Responsibilities:
· Identify product needs and potential enhancements in conjunction with the Product Management and clients
· Participate in the complete software development life cycle from requirements analysis to maintenance of the product in an agile environment
· Manage and mentor a team of junior developers
· Coordinate the work with offshore teams
Requirements:
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or /Electronics/Communications Engineering or related technical field preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in Analysis/Design and developing applications and frameworks using Microsoft Technologies
- Proficient with Microsoft .NET, C# and WPF. C++ is a plus.

Embedded Software Developer/ Architect
Responsibilities:
· Product Development for TV Test and Measurement devices
· Requirement analysis, Design and Implement code for specified software components with close cooperation with the design team
· Software development of algorithm, data structures and driver modules for Hardware access and control for desktop and embedded systems
· Configuration management involving integration of software modules, performing functional and software testing as well as analyzing and eliminating errors
· Quality Assurance , maintenance and further development of existing software components in accordance to the company’s development guidelines
Requirements:
· Master/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communications Engineering
· At least 5-7 qualified years of relevant experience in object-oriented software design and programming in Visual C++
· Professional knowledge in software development methodology (scrum, agile) and design and usage of multitasking and real time systems
· Working knowledge in network programming (TCP/IP, SNMP, JAVA, HTML)
· Proficiency in debugging and administrative tools (e.g. ClearCase)

Requirements:

· Relevant experience and understanding in TV technology and measurement methods
· Good experience in electronics and RF technology will be an advantage

Systems Specialist (TV Transmitters Systems) /Project Lead
Responsibilities:
· System development for TV Transmitter
· For digital and analogue TV standards (with focus on digital)
· Requirements analysis, design, develop and integrate system and customer specific components and sub modules in accordance with the development plan
· Perform operational (hardware and software) examination of the overall transmitter system, functional and onsite acceptance testing as well as analyzing and eliminating errors
· Performance assurance in accordance to system specifications
· Quality assurance, maintenance and further development of existing system components in accordance to the company's development guidelines
Requirements:
· Master/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communications Engineering
· Relevant experience and understanding in TV technology, standards and measurement methods
· Good experience in RF (splitting, amplification, combining, filtering) and electronics knowledge
· At least 3-5 years relevant experience in system development
· Preferably experience in project lead
· Will be based in Germany for more than 6 months , Occasional travel is a must
RF Design Expert
Responsibilities:
- Specification and development of analog/digital hardware- RF linear amplifier, PLL and Synthesizer Design, Passive RF circuits, RF receiver
- Responsible for design of circuits and modules for RF TV- low power transmitters with digital and analog modulations, long term quality products
- Development of schematics and supervision of layout and mechanical design.
- Functional tests, trouble shooting and removal of design faults on pcb’s and modules.
- Lead the developed hardware into series production.
- Supervision of production.
Requirements:
- Master/Degree in Electronics/Engineering major in RF Engineering and/or Microwave
- Good knowledge in systems theory, RF-theory
- Good knowledge in design of active and passive integrated circuits/digital circuits/ RF-design
- Experience in using RF simulation tools (e.g. Microwave-Office, ADS, etc.), MS-Office tools, MATLAB and PSPICE
Product Management Engineer (TV Transmitter System)
Responsibilities:
· Product Management for TV Transmitter system
· Shapes product and pricing policy (especially product family planning, standard specifications, development proposal, product review and option concept)
· Conducts marketing communications (especially in the areas of planning and conducting customer and sales training seminars, generating sales documents, presentations and promotional materials)
· Market analysis involving competitor comparison, market development and market statistics.
Requirements:
· Master/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communications Engineering
· More than 3 years relevant experience and understanding in TV transmitter system, TV technology , TV measurement standards in consumer electronics industry.
· Relevant experience in RF knowledge and/or product management will be an added advantage
· Occasional travel is a must
