The Menu seems to be OK.  Are you not offering south indian, ethnic TN food.

There is a generic complaint in chennai, ethnic food is losing flavor.

Target that segment in a customized way, not the anjappar's gang but a flavour of home made ethnic.

Your business will create a niche market.

Please find my input:

- I can't find the ETA for the delivery after order (May be I missed or it will show up after adding the items I need?)

- Categorize the menu to have easy navigation

- Mobile Friendly, so order can be made through mobile apps while driving.

- The page rending is completely different when I hit http://www.foodmail.in/ and http://www.foodmail.in/index.php/main

- Please show the difference in price (not exact price at least % wise) compared to traditional dine-in. (Value proposition to the customer)

- May be to start with, if someone order bread and Aloo Mutter, give a small sample of other dish so they tend to order future or like more than 5 orders get some discounts, frequent customer list, points for each order etc  (try to lock-in as much as you can).

Yes we would be adding the ETA in the site. This should be done in few days.

you have mentioned it as just Home delivery... not sure if it is Free Home Delivery...

if you see some of the second hand car sites they will categorize based on the model, price, fuel and many... likewise you can categorize based on the timing, based on the dishes...

I feel you can display the price tag also for each dishes becos I will know my bill while ordering... you also can generate a sample bill in pdf or image file...

you can start somewhere near Adayar / Tiruvanmiyur and you can cater to Adambakkam also so that we can try... and we can give the feedback for the food instead of just only for the website...
