For me it makes no differences what tab is activated. What i observed is right after switching to another tab, sometimes the gpu ussage would drop down to really low like 5% but the accelerate to the old value again.
Yeah i have the same issue, it stays between 15% to 30% up and down whenever the menu is open and goes down to 1%gpu usage up to 6%gpu. If i open up the wemod menu while in a game to start the mods it causes my pc to completely freeze up. Tried getting help in the discord and got told to post here for some reasons.
ever since I have installed wemod my pc has been both occasionally freezing, not blue screening but simply freezing whatever it is doing and had been doing it while wemod is not currently In use and it has shut down as if it was unplugged. there seems to be no pattern as to when this happens and I wanted to ask if Wemod could be the cause of this?
Overheating

If you use a laptop bear in mind that they are not ideal for gaming. The cooling fans for laptops, even the specialised gaming ones, are located underneath the device. Which is not ideal because there is very poor air circulation underneath the laptop. Consider purchasing a cooling pad which raises the height of the laptop to allow for more air circulation (a cooling pad with additional fans is ideal).
Cable
Instinct mentioned making sure your power cable is plugged in. Also, make sure your power cable is not damaged. Unplug it from the mains and inspect it for cuts, tears or where the copper wire might be broken internally from over-bending the cable.
Viruses
A virus can also cause a computer to behave abnormally, including random shutdowns. There are no viruses in the WeMod software (downloaded from the official WeMod website). You can easily pick up a virus from clicking a dodgy link, opening a dodgy email, downloading from a dodgy source or visiting a dodgy website. Do an extensive, full virus scan on your machine.
hi im gonna post it here becoase it can be either little or smal deppending on my antivirus (bullgaurd)
so im using bullgaurd as mine antivurus but when i open wemod and try to get the beta version of the launcher on pc i get an error message from bullgaurd saying 2 things trainerlib_x86.dll has been puit in qarenteen and celib_x86.dll has been put in qarenteen if i look it up it flags it as troyen horse virus i uplouded the filles as long with the error masage to bulgaurd itself will need to wait for that and try later when bulgaurd gets an update i keep getting the same reaction when i try to repair the files so i cant use the beta version in the meantime what worries me is that i will get this when an normal update comes i recently updated the launcher as wel so its after the recent update
awww dam well I will keep trying when updates come out as i would love to use to app for trainers now since mr antifun is on your team so I shall just keep trying every now and then least its a problem you know about and hopefully fix it through the framework
I just had the same issue today; for some reason, it fixed itself after ending this specific part of the task rather than the entire task. If anybody else gets this issue, try this and see if it works for you as it did for me. No restart, no reinstall, and no antivirus manipulation needed!
thanks for the reply i found a fix it worked on my bros pc so i copyed the wemod folder onto a usb and ran it from there and boom it worked so something must have been wrong with getting some of the files within the install however im just glad it works now thanks for the help everyone

i am just new to linux and wanted to install wemod through lutris to have the one or other help in singleplayer games.
there is a tutorial on reddit but it doesnt work.
actual on pop os here and i get several errors on all the distros, this time i installed net48 first as that never worked when trying to install wemod with lutris but then other errors appear, wrong exe as there is only one eg.
anyone here using actual wemod on linux with some safe step by step guide for me maybe?

Hey guys, my pc specs are 4gb ddr2 ram, nvidia gt 710 2gb gddr3 gpu core 2 duo e7500 processor, i downloaded wemod only to play metal gear solid 5 the phantom pain, this game needs minimum 4gb ram to run and i have exactly 4gb ram, i want to say that when i run metal gear solid 5 without wemod then it runs fine but after using wemod, it lag a bit, i checked task bar and i found that wemod uses nearly 200 mb ram which is quite high because mgs 5 tpp also needs 4gb ram and i have only 4gb ram ths mgs 5 cannot get full ram so it has little lag, so i just wanted to know if there is any way that i can use cheats without even opening wemod or please optimize it.
Well, its my secondary pc, i already have a high end with 16gb ram, gtx 1650 super, ryzen 5 1600 but it belongs to my big brother he dont let me use it, so i have a personal low end pc ( i will upgrade it later) So i wanted to ask that is there any way to permanently save the wemod cheats in the game so that when i start game, cheat would be already on and i would not need to open wemod? also i am playing on lowest settings.

Ive already done both of those and this account has been an admin account for over a year now and I even went and checked. Like I said in my post I turned running with admin on and off for both the games and steam and neither made a difference and admin is off for all of them
Yeah that still didnt work. Idfk what happened to cause wemod to off itself or anything. This shits annoying. Theres no other threads or anything that have this issue so I have nothing else to look at
