What is the status on my child?

To check the status of your child go to
http://lottery.academicawest.com/nampa0910/ApplicationStatus.aspx
Enter your e-mail and confirmation number.
If your status is Applied that means that we have received your
application but have not invited your child to register.
If your status is Enrolled that means that we have invited your child
to register but have not recieved your registration.
If your status is Registered that means we have received your
registration. We might still be waiting for your documents as that
doesn't update this status.
If a spot opens up and your child is next on the list I will send you
an invitation letter with a link to register. Since not everyone
receives my e-mail we also attempt to call before we remove your child
from registration list. You have 10 days from the time you get the
invitation to register.
We have 500 students registered which means we have 60 spots left.
We have the following spots left open. This means that those who have
been invited to register haven't done so yet and there is still a
chance that the spot will go to the next child.
Kindergarten - 1
1st Grade - 4
2nd Grade - 1
3rd Grade - 2
4th Grade - 10
5th Grade - 8
6th Grade - 1
7th Grade - 14
8th Grade - 17
9th Grade - 1
If your child isn't chosen please leave them on the list, unless you
know you will not register them. We know that some students will leave
during the year and it is possible that your child could be offered a
spot mid-year.
I am not ready to provide position numbers as the lists are constantly
changing and there are still spots available. Until all the spots are
filled in that class every child still has a chance of getting in.
If you know of families with children in the 7th or 8th grade let them
know about our academy. If they apply they will receive an invitation
to register because there is no waiting list for those grades.

Enrolled has changed to Accepted. It means the same thing. We have
invited your child to register but have not received their
registration.
