April 20th Board Meeting Agenda

I have added the agenda for our Board Meeting on April 20th. All
parents and the public are always invited and encouraged to attend our
board meetings. We have a very full agenda this month; we will have to
be very effecient with our time in order to stay on schedule.

We will be transitioning how our board meetings function in
relationship to the public. If you wish to attend please make sure you
are familiar with the process.

1. We will start on time. We will work on a more effecient sign in
process. In the mean time, please attempt to arrive early enough to
sign in and be in the room when we start.

2. Public comment will be organized into a specific time slot. The
public will be asked to sign in before the meeting and indicate what
agenda item they would like to address. Comments may be given a time
limit depending on the number of items being addressed on the agenda.

3. Public comment will no longer be accepted during the Business
portion of our board meetings. This is not because we don't want to
hear from you, but because we need to continue to become more
effecient with our time. Public comment will be available during most
of our board meetings prior to our business items. You will want to
review the agenda, plan ahead, and have your thoughts written out as
your time to speak may be limited.

4. You are always welcome to contact a board member and express your
opinion. This is the most effective way to have your opinion count.
The board members will consider the information provided by the public
when voting on agenda items.

Please note that there will be no public comment period during the
April 20th board meeting. There are a large number of items that must
be approved this month. You can find the agenda located under the
