fangs (slurp), (5) that the movie "Rambo" was copied after my deeds in
Vietnam and I still live in caves in the northwest (6) and best of
all, I went to the Carlise War College to study WWII tactics even
before I was born!!!! BWHAHAHAHAHHA.
Needless to say, the smear gang misrepresentations of my past posts
are of course, not true.
I have posted dozens of times on USENET that I will not post
autobiographical facts about my life on USENET in any detail. Only a
quip now and then. And, if anyone wants to know the true facts, or a
clarification of any quip, or more information and details about an
issue which are clearly missing in my quips they must first contact
me via email, identify themselves, and then I will determine if I want
to exchange such personal information with them.
Although the above is my standing offer, I should mention that NOT ONE
member of the gang has ever contacted me directly over any one of my
posts. It is clear the gang does not want to know about obvious
typos, errors, and occasional ambiguities, nor clarifications, nor
corrections, nor do they even want verification whether I was the
actual author of the post in question.
As experts on Investigations and the US Military have noted, the gang
leaders and their members clearly want to avoid the truth whenever it
contradicts their contrived and conspired defaming parsing and
fraudulent misrepresentations and distortions of what I have written
in the past, or contradicts their lies and fraud in respect to what is
and is not truly contained in my military records, and of course,
their fraudulent use of USENET posts they know others have written to
use to smear me, defame me, hold me up to public ridicule, stalk me,
and otherwise further their years’ long demonizing and vilification
campaign they have been regularly waging against me.
In short, the gang does not want to know the truth, and they are
desperate to stop me from defending myself as they know my truthful
rebuttals, which they cannot defend as they know what I am posting is
true, reveals them for what they really are.
The gangs lies and fraud border on the pathological, and include the
gang’ preposterous and goofy fraud that (7) a Purple Heart VA card is
the same as a Purple Heart Medal (I have posted on USENET dozens of
times I did not receive a Purple Heart Medal) (8) Nor that removing
hundreds of typos, errors, misstatements made by typists and I found
so far in about thirty-five THOUSAND extemporaneous posts under
accounts I used, and then replacing the errors with the true intended
context and meaning by the author is somehow “sinister” and the
original discarded post was the correct intended post and the
corrected version is false! (Giggle).
Such glaring preposterous crackpot et al smear and fraud gang claims
about me are, as usual, blatantly false and equally ridiculous. (Ask
the gang leaders for proof of their claims the next time they make
such ludicrous claims and watch them scurry for their rocks or produce
their own forgeries, or perhaps typos, errors and such that have long
been detected and discarded in my waste basket they have dug out of
that trash). And no, regardless of forgeries and discarded posts found
in my waste basket that were thrown there because of an error or
typist misstatement by one of our typist’s, I have posted about two
dozen times in the past that my time in South America was spent (other
than an assignment and short visit to Southern Command after I left
Vietnam) exclusively as a Civilian working for Montana Western Oil and
Gas or PCA, which evidence was scanned and posted years ago.)

THE START OF THE SMEAR CAMPAIGN
1. Mr. Nigel Brooks started his smear campaign against me in March
2005. This smear campaign was quickly joined by the Brooks smear gang
members. One of the main gang participants was Mr. Thomas Rau, from
Hawaii (a.k.a. “Dai Uy”).
Mr. Rau started out by posting several lies and fraud about my
military service. Below is a sample of his fraudulent and false
“statements of facts” about my military service:

Tom Rau started his smear attack in earnest on June 15, 2005 with the
following outrageous fraud:
“Everything he's ever posted, or refused to post, points to the fact
that Doug dodged Viet Nam. That fact, and Dougie's many many lies,will
be established when Nigel reveals Reiman's publicly available military
records. "The dodger" will not post his DD214 for the simple reason
that it will show that he never served in Viet Nam. Doug is a wannabe.
Makes you wonder where, if not Viet Nam, he, and or his team, killed
1803 of them Viet Cong fellers [estimated body count].
I know, I know, Doug never said he killed anyone. He only said he
killed as many VC as he could. Under the circumstances of never having
been in Viet Nam, that number was zero, none, zilch, zip. Just another
figment of Dougie's fertile imagination not unlike all those folks he
forced to publicly apologize for speaking the truth. If they publicly
apologized, how can I Google their apologies? His explanations of how
we ever came to think he would claim he had served in Viet Nam should
be a masterpiece in shuck and jive. Clearly, we misunderstood his many
quips suggesting Viet Nam service, he didn't lie, it was merely a typo
on the part of an anonymous former member of his clerical staff or
many former associates, not Dougie. Doug dodged Viet Nam as long as he
could, then he got out. I, for one, can't wait for the revelation of
his publicly available records -- and for his song and dance that will
follow.”

2. From that point on, Mr. Rau has continued to post similar
outrageous fraud about me. In fact the smear gang posted so many lies
and fraud about me that once proof started to trickle in proving they
were lying, and I started to rebut their fraud with truthful rebuttal
posts, they became desperate to compound their fraud with even more
fraud to hide their now exposed smear and con man tactics. They knew
the facts would prove their serial lying, fraud, forgeries and
outrageous false accusations to any non-gang reader, and that
destroyed their credibility. So they decided to smear and demonize me
and try anything to shut me up and stop me from exposing their con
games of smear tactics based upon outright fraud, false accusations
and general obloquy.
2.a. The gang had used these unethical tactics on other targeted
victims that had disagreed with them before on the forum. So I
suspect they believed that if they posted enough fraud and false
accusations about me, which they knew on their cue would be echoed by
their fellow smear gang members, I would just go quietly into the
night like their other victims have been forced to do.
But I am not those men. I will defend myself from this gang’s fraud,
and it appears to me that this gang is starting to become completely
desperate to save what little credibility they have left. If that is
their objective, it certainly will not be accomplished by posted more
fraud and false accusations about me, as I intend to rebut each one
with the truth and evidence to back it up.
2.b. So far, I am the only smear victim of the gang that has defended
himself with truthful rebuttals. I do urge other victims of the gang
to do the same. The more Nigel Brooks and Tom Rau’s fraud, forgeries,
false accusations, cyberstalking, privacy invasions are exposed, the
more the real honest readers (if any are left due to this gang’s
repetitive personal attacks) will know the truth about the lack of
veracity and ethics of these two goons, and their little goons that
echo everything they say.
3. But the real question is: Considering the above outright proved
fraud Mr. Rau posted about me, do you believe Mr. Thomas Rau is a con
man? Serial liar? Smear merchant? Or all three?
I wonder how many gang members are going to admit the obvious about
one of their leaders? And this is just the first of Mr. Rau’s
outrageous fraud and lies, and you will not even believe the times he
has contradicted himself his own posts! As just one example; note
above Tom Rau admits “I never said I killed anyone” but boy does that
statement change in his later fraudulent posts about me!
3.a. In fact, reviewing a summary of the smear’s gangs fraud,
contradictions, outright and obvious fraud and forgeries, and similar
unethical false accusations derived from their own fraud, I cannot
wait to see what experts on gang stalking and gang defamation have to
say when they see the entire package.
3.b. So based upon the known and proved fraudulent statements from
Mr. Rau above, how many gang members are now going to admit that Mr.
Rau is: A con man? Serial liar? Smear merchant? Or all three?
3.c. I bet the answer to that question is “none” although Mr. Rau’s
fraud above is obvious. My point is the gang will NEVER admit to
their leaders’ fraud - which of course makes them nothing more that
sock puppet’s that are on this forum to simply echo and embellish all
the fraud and false accusations that are generated by their gang
leaders. Call them goons, gofers, drooling morons, whatever, all they
can do is echo personal attacks. It would be sad if it was not so
malicious.
3.d. Note also the apologies’ Tom Rau mentions above that we gained
from the libel lawsuits were posted on the Internet, and copies of
those apologies are available from the Lawyer Altschuler who received
hard copies of those apologies. The apologies came from those that
concocted the fraud and posted the fraud about me and my group.
Nigel Brooks shows on his Serbian Bull web site that the libel
lawsuits were dismissed. But what he is hiding is that *we* were the
ones that dismissed them based upon settlements in each case. Brooks
is trying to fraudulently demonstrate that Judges “threw out” my libel
lawsuits, but in truth, EACH one of those lawsuits were dismissed by
me AFTER we received a satisfactory settlement, which we all know is
what happens to lawsuits after a mutual settlement is effected.
3.e. There were *written* settlements in each case. Once again Nigel
Brook’s fraud has been exposed for what it is - pure deception and
fraud. (Brooks shows the dockets noting the cases have been dismissed
- but he deliberates omits the reason why - typical lies by omission
that we see coming from Nigel Brooks and Tom Rau).
4. So yet more cons and frauds from Nigel Brooks have been exposed -
two frauds from the smear gang leaders in one post is becoming more
common. You should see the summary of these two gang leaders’ fraud
and forgeries - which is coming - it is almost unbelievable that
people would stoop to the unethical depths these two clowns have done
to smear and demonize their targeted smear victims.
4.a. Of course my records show that I spent about a third more time
in Vietnam than Mr. Rau did. And was there, assigned to a very
famous combat unit during the height of the war, which of course was
during the 1968 Tet offensive and counteroffensive months - which of
course Mr. Rau missed and he did not arrive in Vietnam until 1969 when
the war was winding down.
4.b. Using Mr. Rau’s own words “I guarded a lonely border and I do
not even have any good war stories” indicates to me that I saw about
ten times the amount of combat he did. I also caught Nigel Brooks
lying about his decorations and he further lied about his involvement
in the 1968 Tet offensive and counteroffensive months, as the

smear gang have been repeatedly offered the opportunity to join the

rebuttals. They have cowered away from that offer each time. Also
note that I have offered an independent arbitration of our differences
from the American Association of Arbitrators, and lie detector tests.
If my posts are considered false then I pay for the arbitration, if
the arbitrators consider their accusations about me false, they pay
for the arbitration, same offer on the lie detector tests. Mr. Brooks
and Mr. Rau have both cowered away from that offer to expose the truth

6.a. The fact that my Vietnam service proved Mr. Rau was lying about
my service from the very beginning is what caused Mr. Rau such shame
and embarrassment (for being exposed as a con man) that in his
perverse mind it also created a need for him to save face with even
more lies about me. He thought he could get away with smearing me
because of his gang. He thought I would go quietly into the night. He
miscalculated to a degree that even he cannot imagine.
6.b. His lies and fraud about me have been forthcoming to a degree I
have concluded the man is absolutely obsessed with posting fraud,
serial lying and fraud about me at every opportunity. He and his gang
also regularly taunt me to take legal action against them with veiled
threats if I do.
6.c. Mr. Rau has also repeatedly ignored notices from my lawyer for
him to cease and desist his harassments, fraud and false
accusations. Obviously, people with real law degrees are convinced
that Mr. Rau is using fraud and false accusations to harass, smear and
defame - and just recently Mr. Rau even admitted that was his
malicious purpose.
Conclusion
I cannot tell you what is wrong with these smear merchants and con
men, but I can tell you that I believe you are an drooling moron if
you believe a word they say. Nigel Brooks has already lost not less
than eleven web sites forced down by the web managers due to Nigel
Brook’s fraud, and he probably holds the world record for such web
sites forced down for such reasons, (and he is about to lose a few
more). Tom Rau’s history of fraud as evidenced above is so vast and
revealing that he might be considered the Internet’s biggest liar and
fraud merchant.

2. From that point on, Mr. Rau has continued to post similar
outrageous fraud about me. In fact the smear gang posted so many lies
and fraud about me that once proof started to trickle in proving they
were lying, and I started to rebut their fraud with truthful rebuttal
posts, they became desperate to compound their fraud with even more
fraud to hide their now exposed smear and con man tactics. They knew
the facts would prove their serial lying, fraud, forgeries and
outrageous false accusations to any non-gang reader, and that
destroyed their credibility. So they decided to smear and demonize me
and try anything to shut me up and stop me from exposing their con
games of smear tactics based upon outright fraud, false accusations
and general obloquy.
2.a. The gang had used these unethical tactics on other targeted
victims that had disagreed with them before on the forum. So I
suspect they believed that if they posted enough fraud and false
accusations about me, which they knew on their cue would be echoed by
their fellow smear gang members, I would just go quietly into the
night like their other victims have been forced to do.
But I am not those men. I will defend myself from this gang’s fraud,
and it appears to me that this gang is starting to become completely
desperate to save what little credibility they have left. If that is
their objective, it certainly will not be accomplished by posted more
fraud and false accusations about me, as I intend to rebut each one
with the truth and evidence to back it up.
2.b. So far, I am the only smear victim of the gang that has defended
himself with truthful rebuttals. I do urge other victims of the gang
to do the same. The more Nigel Brooks and Tom Rau’s fraud, forgeries,
false accusations, cyberstalking, privacy invasions are exposed, the
more the real honest readers (if any are left due to this gang’s
repetitive personal attacks) will know the truth about the lack of
veracity and ethics of these two goons, and their little goons that
echo everything they say.
3. But the real question is: Considering the above outright proved
fraud Mr. Rau posted about me, do you believe Mr. Thomas Rau is a con
man? Serial liar? Smear merchant? Or all three?
I wonder how many gang members are going to admit the obvious about
one of their leaders? And this is just the first of Mr. Rau’s
outrageous fraud and lies, and you will not even believe the times he
has contradicted himself his own posts! As just one example; note
above Tom Rau admits “I never said I killed anyone” but boy does that
statement change in his later fraudulent posts about me!
3.a. In fact, reviewing a summary of the smear’s gangs fraud,
contradictions, outright and obvious fraud and forgeries, and similar
unethical false accusations derived from their own fraud, I cannot
wait to see what experts on gang stalking and gang defamation have to
say when they see the entire package.
3.b. So based upon the known and proved fraudulent statements from
Mr. Rau above, how many gang members are now going to admit that Mr.
Rau is: A con man? Serial liar? Smear merchant? Or all three?
3.c. I bet the answer to that question is “none” although Mr. Rau’s
fraud above is obvious. My point is the gang will NEVER admit to
their leaders’ fraud - which of course makes them nothing more that
sock puppet’s that are on this forum to simply echo and embellish all
the fraud and false accusations that are generated by their gang
leaders. Call them goons, gofers, drooling morons, whatever, all they
can do is echo personal attacks. It would be sad if it was not so
malicious.
3.d. Note also the apologies’ Tom Rau mentions above that we gained
from the libel lawsuits were posted on the Internet, and copies of
those apologies are available from the Lawyer Altschuler who received
hard copies of those apologies. The apologies came from those that
concocted the fraud and posted the fraud about me and my group.
Nigel Brooks shows on his Serbian Bull web site that the libel
lawsuits were dismissed. But what he is hiding is that *we* were the
ones that dismissed them based upon settlements in each case. Brooks
is trying to fraudulently demonstrate that Judges “threw out” my libel
lawsuits, but in truth, EACH one of those lawsuits were dismissed by
me AFTER we received a satisfactory settlement, which we all know is
what happens to lawsuits after a mutual settlement is effected.
3.e. There were *written* settlements in each case. Once again Nigel
Brook’s fraud has been exposed for what it is - pure deception and
fraud. (Brooks shows the dockets noting the cases have been dismissed
- but he deliberates omits the reason why - typical lies by omission
that we see coming from Nigel Brooks and Tom Rau).
4. So yet more cons and frauds from Nigel Brooks have been exposed -
two frauds from the smear gang leaders in one post is becoming more
common. You should see the summary of these two gang leaders’ fraud
and forgeries - which is coming - it is almost unbelievable that
people would stoop to the unethical depths these two clowns have done
to smear and demonize their targeted smear victims.
4.a. Of course my records show that I spent about a third more time
in Vietnam than Mr. Rau did. And was there, assigned to a very
famous combat unit during the height of the war, which of course was
during the 1968 Tet offensive and counteroffensive months - which of
course Mr. Rau missed and he did not arrive in Vietnam until 1969 when
the war was winding down.
4.b. Using Mr. Rau’s own words “I guarded a lonely border and I do
not even have any good war stories” indicates to me that I saw about
ten times the amount of combat he did. I also caught Nigel Brooks
lying about his decorations and he further lied about his involvement
in the 1968 Tet offensive and counteroffensive months, as the

smear gang have been repeatedly offered the opportunity to join the

rebuttals. They have cowered away from that offer each time. Also
note that I have offered an independent arbitration of our differences
from the American Association of Arbitrators, and lie detector tests.
If my posts are considered false then I pay for the arbitration, if
the arbitrators consider their accusations about me false, they pay

and Mr. Rau have both cowered away from that offer to expose the truth

6.a. The fact that my Vietnam service proved Mr. Rau was lying about
my service from the very beginning is what caused Mr. Rau such shame
and embarrassment (for being exposed as a con man) that in his
perverse mind it also created a need for him to save face with even
more lies about me. He thought he could get away with smearing me
because of his gang. He thought I would go quietly into the night. He
miscalculated to a degree that even he cannot imagine.
6.b. His lies and fraud about me have been forthcoming to a degree I
have concluded the man is absolutely obsessed with posting fraud,
serial lying and fraud about me at every opportunity. He and his gang
also regularly taunt me to take legal action against them with veiled
threats if I do.
6.c. Mr. Rau has also repeatedly ignored notices from my lawyer for
him to cease and desist his harassments, fraud and false
accusations. Obviously, people with real law degrees are convinced
that Mr. Rau is using fraud and false accusations to harass, smear and
defame - and just recently Mr. Rau even admitted that was his
malicious purpose.
Conclusion
I cannot tell you what is wrong with these smear merchants and con
men, but I can tell you that I believe you are an drooling moron if
you believe a word they say. Nigel Brooks has already lost not less
than eleven web sites forced down by the web managers due to Nigel
Brook’s fraud, and he probably holds the world record for such web
sites forced down for such reasons, (and he is about to lose a few
more). Tom Rau’s history of fraud as evidenced above is so vast and
revealing that he might be considered the Internet’s biggest liar and
fraud merchant.
