THE GRAND INQUISITOR RULES

(Smear Merchant Disclaimer: Please note this article (the same as all
of my past articles and exchanges with posters) represents an
editorial on contemporary issues and events - my opinion. Nothing in
this article represents in any manner any asseveration of biographical
fact, nor is about, directed toward or against any particular person -
other than those specifically mentioned herein. This article is being
posted for entertainment purposes only. If any person finds this post
personally annoying, abusive, defaming or otherwise disturbing, please

reasonable (considering the “reasonable person” doctrine and case law)

intent is to entertain, and to present articles to USENET readers
prior to publication to determine interest, and not to annoy, abuse,
humiliate, or in any way cause anyone emotional harm by posting on

legitimate” publication by my legal counsel. If I am not attacked,

SMEAR MERCHANT DISCLAIMER TWO: Considering the typical ridiculous,
absurd and obviously false claims about my military service that
originates from the crackpot smear and con gang that operates on
alt.war.Vietnam, I also hereby certify and attest this article is NOT
a secret coded message that only gang members can decode with their
secret Federal Agent/Sp4 draftee/former Junior Reserve Officer/ midget
decoder and mind reading rings.
This means the Brownie crackpots’ inevitable accusations and howls
that this article is really me claiming in a special soothsaying code
(a code only crackpots et al smear gang can only read of course which
involves their typical claim the American Heritage Dictionary’s
definitions of simple terms, such as “we” “estimated” “involved”
“retired from” and “not representing any biographical claim” are all
incorrect, and only their “special interpretations of the English
language can apply to all English terms I use, and of course thegang’s
standard nonsensical mind reading and soothsaying claims that
(1) I was a CIA cross border assassin that sniper killed Ho Chi Minh,
HOORAH - (2) that I personally killed 1803 enemy soldiers in Vietnam
and then feasted on their bodies (burp) (3) that I was a secret member
of the Mi Lai massacre, (let god sort them out) that I hunted down and
murdered unarmed Priests (take that choir boy) (4) that I was trained
by the Martian Army on Mars, and I have green blood, and retractable
fangs (slurp), (5) that the movie "Rambo" was copied after my deeds in
Vietnam and I still live in caves in the northwest (6) and best of
all, I went to the Carlise War College to study WWII tactics even
before I was born!!!! BWHAHAHAHAHHA.

Needless to say, the smear gang misrepresentations of my past posts
are of course, not true.

I have posted dozens of times on USENET that I will not post
autobiographical facts about my life on USENET in any detail. Only a
quip now and then. And, if anyone wants to know the true facts, or a
clarification of any quip, or more information and details about an
issue which are clearly missing in my quips they must first contact
me via email, identify themselves, and then I will determine if I want
to exchange such personal information with them.

Although the above is my standing offer, I should mention that NOT ONE
member of the gang has ever contacted me directly over any one of my
posts. It is clear the gang does not want to know about obvious
typos, errors, and occasional ambiguities, nor clarifications, nor
corrections, nor do they even want verification whether I was the
actual author of the post in question.

As experts on Investigations and the US Military have noted, the gang
leaders and their members clearly want to avoid the truth whenever it
contradicts their contrived and conspired defaming parsing and
fraudulent misrepresentations and distortions of what I have written
in the past, or contradicts their lies and fraud in respect to what is
and is not truly contained in my military records, and of course,
their fraudulent use of USENET posts they know others have written to
use to smear me, defame me, hold me up to public ridicule, stalk me,
and otherwise further their years’ long demonizing and vilification
campaign they have been regularly waging against me.

In short, the gang does not want to know the truth, and they are
desperate to stop me from defending myself as they know my truthful
rebuttals, which they cannot defend as they know what I am posting is
true, reveals them for what they really are.
The gangs lies and fraud border on the pathological, and include the
gang’ preposterous and goofy fraud that (7) a Purple Heart VA card is
the same as a Purple Heart Medal (I have posted on USENET dozens of
times I did not receive a Purple Heart Medal) (8) Nor that removing
hundreds of typos, errors, misstatements made by typists and I found
so far in about thirty-five THOUSAND extemporaneous posts under
accounts I used, and then replacing the errors with the true intended
context and meaning by the author is somehow “sinister” and the
original discarded post was the correct intended post and the
corrected version is false! (Giggle).

Such glaring preposterous crackpot et al smear and fraud gang claims
about me are, as usual, blatantly false and equally ridiculous. (Ask
the gang leaders for proof of their claims the next time they make
such ludicrous claims and watch them scurry for their rocks or produce
their own forgeries, or perhaps typos, errors and such that have long
been detected and discarded in my waste basket they have dug out of
that trash). And no, regardless of forgeries and discarded posts found
in my waste basket that were thrown there because of an error or
typist misstatement by one of our typist’s, I have posted about two
dozen times in the past that my time in South America was spent (other
than an assignment and short visit to Southern Command after I left
Vietnam) exclusively as a Civilian working for Montana Western Oil and
Gas or PCA, which evidence was scanned and posted years ago.)
Also, in response to the smear gang’s et al repeated and convenient
outright lie and fraud that I never said that others were using the
same accounts to post on USENET as I did until the smear gang leaders
started their fraud, con and smear campaign against me and thereby
forced me to post on this newsgroup to defend myself, please see the

THE GRAND INQUISITOR RULES

The smear gang is back using their fraudulent questions to defame
again. I have decided to answer all of the gang’s questions, subject
to the fair and impartial conditions set forth below:

CON MAN TRACKS

One classic indicators of a con man/smear merchant at work is his
posting an array of defaming questions based upon sentences or
paragraphs he has cut out of thousands of different posts, some
excerpted from his targeted victim and some not. (In fact, one of the
gang members who has posted instructions on how to “get people” even
mentions this classic smear merchant tactic in one of his gang smear
instruction manuals he posted on USENET in the past).

The smear gang will select typos, errors, ambiguities, from thousands
of different posts, none related in topic, context, substance, intent
or meaning, and splice them together, while adding or removing key
words, (forging) and then present their entire list of forgeries
arranged together to represent *yet another* new defaming context or
meaning they demand their victim must answer.

Not only is this unethical practice completely fraudulent, it is
deliberate, and clearly malicious. The gang repeats this fraud
tactic hundreds of times, regardless of whether I answer their
questions or not with a rebuttal. They ignore the answers, and a
month or so later they repeat the same fraudulent questions. (No one
said these smear merchants were smart nor original).

However, I have decided to answer ALL questions the gang repeatedly
presents to me, but first I want to boil their “Owl shit” out of their
fraudulent and defaming questions. Which they, of course, do not want
to do. But let’s consider what is fair, and BTW, I will and have
afforded them the same opportunity in respect to my questions.

1. First, we must see the entire post the gang has removed the
snippet from. Why? Because Nigel Brooks, Tom Rau and other gang
members have been using general obloquy, serial lying, fraud, false
accusations, false contexts, false intents, false meanings, false
interpretations and forging statements they attribute to me for
years. Some gang members also regularly use outright fraud,
deliberate and malicious defaming misinterpretations, calumnious con
man jargon, general fraudulent smear tactics, threats of death and
violence, extortion, intimidation, impersonations, false criminal
charges, and have forged documents coming from the US Government
about me, not to mention invaded my privacy and trafficked in my
personal and private information (which one gang member was recently
caught and fired for doing and lawyers are looking at his overt acts
as I write this - more about this later - much more).

2. In addition to the above, if you do a Google search you will
confirm that some of these gang members *post nothing but* fraud,
smears, personal attacks, cons, serial lying and false accusations
whenever they reference Nigel Brooks’ latest targeted smear victim.
I have been told these people gain some perverse and sick pleasure out
of attacking, bullying, threatening and intimidating people. I have
also been told such people are cowards, afraid to come out in the
light, so they also hide their names from those they attack, or
otherwise use tactics they *believe* insulates them from legal
action.

3. These cowards need to be dealt with in the courts, and they of
course are not worth replying to as they will ignore the replies,
distort them, and lie about them some more. Some classic examples are
the Stev...@ntlworld.com anonymous cyberstalker, who hides his
identity and uses criminal acts to smear and defame his targeted
victim, such as forging FBI reports, violating copyrights, and of
course, anonymous cyberstalking. And there are others that join this
con man in doing the same and worse. Many of these cowards use
criminal libel, libel per se, privacy violations, copyright
violations, false outrageous accusations, and personal attack after
personal attack. You can easily spot them on alt.war.vietnam with a
Google search.

4. These smear gangs also conspire together to operate and smear and
defame in concert for the common purpose to smear, harass and
maliciously interfere with the life of their targeted victim. And
they hate any victim that dares to defend himself and rebut their
fraud with the truth. These rebuttals expose the gang members for
what they are, and the light of the day is something that cowards and
cockroaches avoid, (with my apologies to the cockroaches).

INTERROGATORY RULES

5. However, with all that said above, we do need to set some rules
about their fraudulent and endless lists of questions that when
answered, they ask again for the purpose of defamation and to fill up
the forums with fraud and defamation. So I have decided to answer
their fraud and false questions item by item, under the following
conditions, and when I do I will simply refer them to a previous
answer when they repeat their fraud. Sound fair? Does to me.

6. This “ask and answer” process should eliminate most if not all of
the gang’s fraud from the forums. Which many readers have emailed me
and complained about. Many readers do not join these groups to see
Nigel Brooks and Tom Rau lie, con, smear and defame veterans, and
dishonor them in the ways those two gang leaders do. They join these
forums to read articles, and to sometimes exchange opinions on
issues. NOT be subjected to smear gang tactics, con men, and fraud
merchants on a regular basis.

It is in the spirt of the above information, I present the following
conditions for my “quip” answers which will be forthcoming, item by
item:

1. Tom Rau said he read my disclaimer 270 times. But he still does
not get it. I suggest the gang should read my disclaimer and live by
it. It is a *disclaimer* it sets the conditions, intent, meaning and
true context for all that I posted or have posted in the past on
USENET or anywhere else. A disclaimer is not something you can
dismiss. It has been written as a prelude to the exchange or article
the author has written in the past or is about to write. There is no
“believing or not believing” a disclaimer, it is what it is, an clear
explanation of the intent and context of the author’s posts, past,
present and future. (Con men/smear merchants do not like
disclaimers. They like to ignore them because they remove their
ability to con and forge what the author said into a new defaming
meaning or context).


2. If True, the Inquisitor must state and admit he has taken his
array of defaming snippets and questions from several different
posts, years apart, not dealing with the same subject, intent, context
nor meaning. If he posts a single question, this admission statement
is not necessary.

3. The Inquisitor must provide a URL reference to the post in which
the excerpt snippet has been removed. It is impossible for me to
determine the author, intent, context, meaning, and purpose of the
snippet if the entire post is hidden from view, which smear gangs like
to do so as to further their fraudulent and defaming
“interpretation.” The entire post must be available.

3.a. The most recent clarification or reference to the issue in the
snippet must be referenced by the Inquisitor. As extemporaneous
exchanges evolve on USENET, we all know that additional information
and clarifications are provided on the thread by the authors.
Presenting a post without its subsequent explanations and
clarifications is inherently dishonest and fraudulent. Questions
provided in such a deceptive and fraudulent manner will be identified
as such, and will not be answered.

4. The Inquisitor must state his reason for asking me to clarify his
question about a particular snippet.

4.a. If the Inquisitor believes the statement is a lie, then he must
also provide the following:

4.b. The context, meaning, intent he believes the author was
attempting to convey.

4.c. Proof of the context, meaning and intent the Inquisitor believes
the author was trying to convey. (If the Inquisitor does not have any
proof, he must state so. Proof is not “CBUNBA” which means of course
“Crystal Ball Up Nigel Brooks Ass” which some gang members regularly
visit to enhance their self-acclaimed mind reading skills. Proof is
not conjecture, opinion, nor speculation, it is *proof.” Such as:

4.d In Inquisitor must provide evidence the quip in question was a
complete, detailed and intentional autobiographical statement of fact
by me. If he has no proof in this regard, he must reveal his lack of
evidence. In either case I still will attempt to answer his question.

4.e. The Inquisitor must provide his evidence that I was the one that
actually wrote the quip and not one of the many others that were using
the same USENET account as I used. If he has no proof in this regard,
he must reveal his lack of evidence. In either case I still will
attempt to answer his question.

5. The Inquisitor must not present absolute fraud and doctored posts
that were generated though malicious methods such as resurrecting
posts from an archive waste basket as a basis for his questions.
Posts that have been removed for error, clarification, due to
ambiguity, etc., clearly were not the intent of the author or they
would not have been removed from the archive.

5.a. The Inquisitor and the readers must acknowledge and understand,
in the spirit of honesty and fairness, that we all make mistakes. We
all miss speak, write poorly and ambiguously some times, and sometimes
we all embellish for a reason. Ergo, it is pointless to address,
explain in detail, every error, typo and poorly written paragraph. If
it is a typo, or a mistake, or as some of the gang members have
claimed,, some of the gang’s posts, (every word) represents complete
satire, and therefore means the exact opposite of what they actually
wrote. It is possible on review that some of my posts will fall in
the same satire category they claim the intent of some of their posts
reflect. (If the gang members can claim satire, and post
clarifications, it is only fair for them to allow others to do the
same).


6. In the spirit of honesty and fairness, the Inquisitor must confirm
that he was NOT assigned to the same units as I was, nor at the same
times, nor could he have a clue about what I did or did not do in
Vietnam nor in France nor in Germany nor in Korea, nor in the USA, nor
yesterday, nor the day before, nor last year. Ergo, there is no way,
none, nada, zip, can’t be, nope, nupe, negative, the Inquisitor could
possibly know, one way or another, what I did every day in my eight or
so years of military active duty.

7. Once the question has been asked and answered, it will not be
repeated by the Inquisitor. If it is repeated by him or his gang,
then the post that answered the question will also be repeated in
reply. No new information will be posted by me, not unless of course
there is a new question.



8. I suggest the gang appoint one of their members as the “Grand
Inquisitor” and allow that person to ask all of the questions and
receive all of the answers. That way we will avoid redundancy and
avoid filling up the forums with repetitive nonsense from the gang
members.

9. After I answer a question, I will then submit my question in
return to a gang member. I will of course also comply with the above
conditions I have specified, and when my question is answered I will
then answer the next question, and Quid Pro Quo thereafter.

If questions are posted without complying with these fair and
impartial rules, then I will simply answer those questions with this
post, pointing out the Inquisitor is ducking and dodging providing key
information that must be provided by him before I can possibly answer
his question with an informed and comprehensive answer.
