NIGEL BROOKS “VETERANS MY ASS” - REBUTTAL

Note that I have received some email requesting that I reduce my
rebuttals into shorter posts so they can be read more carefully. I
will start this procedure with this series of rebuttals to Nigel
Brooks cons, fraud and false accusations - only one topic a rebuttal
from now on.

SMEAR MERCHANT DISCLAIMER TWO: Considering the typical ridiculous,
absurd and obviously false claims about my military service that
originates from the crackpot smear and con gang that operates on
alt.war.Vietnam, I also hereby certify and attest this article is NOT
a secret coded message that only gang members can decode with their
secret Federal Agent/Sp4 draftee/former Junior Reserve Officer/ midget
decoder and mind reading rings.
This means the Brownie crackpots’ inevitable accusations and howls
that this article is really me claiming in a special soothsaying code
(a code only crackpots et al smear gang can only read of course which
involves their typical claim the American Heritage Dictionary’s
definitions of simple terms, such as “we” “estimated” “involved”
“retired from” and “not representing any biographical claim” are all
incorrect, and only their “special interpretations of the English
language can apply to all English terms I use, and of course the
gang’s standard nonsensical mind reading and soothsaying claims that
(1) I was a CIA cross border assassin that sniper killed Ho Chi Minh,
HOORAH - (2) that I personally killed 1803 enemy soldiers in Vietnam
and then feasted on their bodies (burp) (3) that I was a secret member
of the Mi Lai massacre, (let god sort them out) that I hunted down and
murdered unarmed Priests (take that choir boy) (4) that I was trained
by the Martian Army on Mars, and I have green blood, and retractable
fangs (slurp), (5) that the movie "Rambo" was copied after my deeds in
Vietnam and I still live in caves in the northwest (6) and best of
all, I went to the Carlise War College to study WWII tactics even
before I was born!!!! BWHAHAHAHAHHA.

Needless to say, the smear gang misrepresentations of my past posts
are of course, not true.

I have posted dozens of times on USENET that I will not post
autobiographical facts about my life on USENET in any detail. Only a
quip now and then. And, if anyone wants to know the true facts, or a
clarification of any quip, or more information and details about an
issue which are clearly missing in my quips they must first contact
me via email, identify themselves, and then I will determine if I want
to exchange such personal information with them.

Although the above is my standing offer, I should mention that NOT ONE
member of the gang has ever contacted me directly over any one of my
posts. It is clear the gang does not want to know about obvious
typos, errors, and occasional ambiguities, nor clarifications, nor
corrections, nor do they even want verification whether I was the
actual author of the post in question.

As experts on Investigations and the US Military have noted, the gang
leaders and their members clearly want to avoid the truth whenever it
contradicts their contrived and conspired defaming parsing and
fraudulent misrepresentations and distortions of what I have written
in the past, or contradicts their lies and fraud in respect to what is
and is not truly contained in my military records, and of course,
their fraudulent use of USENET posts they know others have written to
use to smear me, defame me, hold me up to public ridicule, stalk me,
and otherwise further their years’ long demonizing and vilification
campaign they have been regularly waging against me.

In short, the gang does not want to know the truth, and they are
desperate to stop me from defending myself as they know my truthful
rebuttals, which they cannot defend as they know what I am posting is
true, reveals them for what they really are.

The gangs lies and fraud border on the pathological, and include the
gang’ preposterous and goofy fraud that (7) a Purple Heart VA card is
the same as a Purple Heart Medal (I have posted on USENET dozens of
times I did not receive a Purple Heart Medal) (8) Nor that removing
hundreds of typos, errors, misstatements made by typists and I found
so far in about thirty-five THOUSAND extemporaneous posts under
accounts I used, and then replacing the errors with the true intended
context and meaning by the author is somehow “sinister” and the
original discarded post was the correct intended post and the
corrected version is false! (Giggle).
Such glaring preposterous crackpot et al smear and fraud gang claims
about me are, as usual, blatantly false and equally ridiculous. (Ask
the gang leaders for proof of their claims the next time they make
such ludicrous claims and watch them scurry for their rocks or produce
their own forgeries, or perhaps typos, errors and such that have long
been detected and discarded in my waste basket they have dug out of
that trash). And no, regardless of forgeries and discarded posts found
in my waste basket that were thrown there because of an error or
typist misstatement by one of our typist’s, I have posted about two
dozen times in the past that my time in South America was spent (other
than an assignment and short visit to Southern Command after I left
Vietnam) exclusively as a Civilian working for Montana Western Oil and
Gas or PCA, which evidence was scanned and posted years ago.)
Also, in response to the smear gang’s et al repeated and convenient
outright lie and fraud that I never said that others were using the
same accounts to post on USENET as I did until the smear gang leaders
started their fraud, con and smear campaign against me and thereby
forced me to post on this newsgroup to defend myself, please see the

TYPISTS’ GALORE POST proves there were about 71 previous posts prior
to the gang’s glaring lie that I never mentioned others posting under
the same accounts I used until after the gang leaders started to use a
few typos, errors and post fragments written by many different people,
years apart, never written on any military forum, deceptively spliced
together with forged words added into or subtracted from the
hodgepodge of different context post fragments so as to fraudulently

Also this clown says “ nothing but veterans” have challenged me - yet
we both know that is a complete and glaring lie! In fact, if these
guys are “veterans” I certainly would like to see some evidence of
that fact, as I have long determined that several of them are NOT
Veterans at all!

As a case in point, the key Nigel Brooks smear gang member that
writes malicious code so as to rummage around in my (and Google’s)
waste basket for discarded posts that were removed due to error or
ambiguity, (otherwise known as “malcious interference”) and has
allegedly perpetrated several criminal acts against me, and is known
by the name of Stevelon@ntlworld and is an anonymous cyberstalker, (a
person that Nigel Brooks says “never lies”) *has been forced to
admit he is NOT a Veteran of anything - and he has NEVER been in any
military service! - period!*

In fact this key Nigel Brooks gang member has repeatedly defamed and
denigrated our troops fighting in Iraq by calling them *murderers* -
and he has, in many ways, attacked our Veterans, country and our war
on terror - which are issues and items he knows I openly support.

This gang member SteveL also malevolently hunts through discarded
erred posts that have been long removed and clarified or disambiguated
for the malicious purpose of using “discarded errors” as a fraudulent
and dishonest means to harass, smear and defame Brook’s targeted smear
victims, who always seem to be individuals like me that support our
troops and our war on terror!

And this gang member clown calls this SteveL “hate America” goon a
“Veteran?” That claim is preposterous utter fraud as usual.

Moreover, this SteveL (who denies being Steve Leyland) gang member is
the key Nigel Brooks’ smear gang member that feeds the gang much of
its forgeries, fraud, defamation and lies about me so the gang can
repeat such obloquy and outrageous false accusations hundreds of times
on USENET.

The non-Veteran SteveL key gang member also directs and incites gang
members (along with other key gang members) to send their forgeries
and fraud to various third parties so as to incite, create, instill
and generate hatred against me and to defame and demonize me - not to
mention deliberately and maliciously incite and encourage threats of
death and violence to be posted about me or to be sent to me by the
third parties they have deceived.

SDS Members and Fraud Merchants are NOT “Veterans”

The Nigel Brooks key gang member, SteveL (anonymous cyberstalker) (a
NON VETERAN) also works closely with other smear gang members, and the
Brooks’ gang has repeated much of the fraud and forgeries SteveL gang
members had previously posted about me:


These other smear gang members that worked closely with SteveL and
posted outrageous fraud and obloquy about me which the Nigel Brooks’
gang has often repeated are (1) a person that went by the name of
“Chip” and another self-confessed member of the terrorist group known
as the SDS (a.k.a. Students for a Democratic Society) who was a person
that went by the name of Jim McCulloch. (Ol Jim has changed his name
since he was forced to admit he was an avid and proud member of the
SDS).

Chip and Jim - Veterans?

Note the “Chip” smear merchant, like the SteveL and Jim M gang
members, are *vehemently* opposed to our war on terror. So when I
started to post in favor of our troops in Iraq, these members of the
SteveL/ Nigel Brooks smear gang started with their fraud, lies,
forgeries and such, which of course Nigel Brooks and the other smear
gang members have repeated often.

As a case in point, after Chip fraudulently claimed he contacted the
DOD about me and Chip fraudulently further preposterously claimed the
DOD said “I was never in the US Military” the smear gang member Tom
Rau then followed up on Chip’s fraud by fraudulently posting that “ I
was never in Vietnam and “dodged” Vietnam. (In truth I spent 2&1/2
tours (15 months) in Vietnam, which was about a third longer than Tom
Rau did - and 15 months longer than Chip did).

When the Jim McCulloch (former proud member of the SDS terrorist
group) smear gang member also started lying about some of my past
posts, and taking them out of context and lying about intent and
meaning, and forging some posts outright and then attributing his own
forgeries to me, then the SteveL and other Nigel Brooks gang members
subsequently picked up on that SDS fraud and started repeating their
fellow gang member’s (and proud SDS member) fraud and serial lying on
USENET - all because I supported our troops fighting our war on
terror, and I also opposed returning to Vietnam as a tourist, and I
also opposed John Kerry.

No Vietnam Vets Can be Found - But Gang Members Lying About their
Military Service Abound!

Although “Chip” is a military service Veteran, he certainly is NOT a
Vietnam Veteran, and further, it has been brought to my attention
recently that he has lied profusely about his military service. In
fact Nigel Brooks’ recently posted some of Chip’s more outrageous lies
about his service, and Brooks’ said he too was going to file a FOIA
request on Chip. This FOIA request about Chip statement from Brooks
occurred more than a year ago, and no doubt Nigel Brooks has since
determined the same as I did; that Chip has been lying through his
teeth about his military service.

So have we seen any web sites dedicated to Chip’s lying about his
military service coming from the Brooks gang? Nope. Have we seen
thousands of posts exposing and repeating Chip’s lies all coming from
the Brooks gang? Nope. Have we even seen Tom Rau whine that Chip
stole someone’s valor? Nope. Have we seen *any* web sites or posts
from the gang exposing all of the lies Tom Rau has posted about my
military service? Nope.

Well why not??? Because Chip and Tom Rau are members of the Nigel
Brooks’ smear gang cabal! It should be clear by now to all “fair
minded people” that Nigel Brooks NEVER admonishes nor exposes members
of, or associate members of, his smear and defamation gang, regardless
of what they might do or say.

Like I said “hypocrites abounding” should be the alternate name for
the Nigel Brooks smear gang.

SDS HATED VIETNAM VETS!

In respect to the former SDS member and smear gang member Jim M, of
course he was NEVER in the military, and he clearly hated the military
and everything it stood for. It is clear from this SDS member’s
USENET posts he tried his best to sabotage the military, and
denigrate Vets during the Vietnam war in connection with his
association with one of the most despicable and malicious terrorist
groups ever established in the USA - the SDS, or a.k.a. “Students for
a Democratic Society.”

These aforementioned clowns are classic examples of Nigel Brook’s key
smear and defamation gang members. Nigel Brooks clearly wants
everyone to believe these dregs, as Brooks and his gang often repeats
what these anti-war types have posted about me - but no one that knows
the truth about these gang members would believe a word they say -
ever!

I assure all, many of these goons and dregs that are associated with
Nigel Brooks are NOT Veterans!

Real Vets are Under Attack by the Smear Gangs

We “real” Veterans of a war should wonder why a non-Veteran
(especially anti-war types) would join Veteran newsgroup forums, and
why they would also post hundreds of posts on a Vietnam Veteran and
other Veterans’ USENET forums all attacking real veterans, while
simultaneously (on other forums) calling our troops fighting in Iraq
“murderers” and defaming other real vets?

Do these SteveL and associate Nigel Brooks key gang member and
leader sound like they have an ulterior motive to defame as many Vets
that support our troops and war as he can? OF COURSE! Do other
members of the Nigel Brooks gang seem to have other agenda’s - such as
to try and beguile Vets to purchase trips back to Shithole #1
(Vietnam) so their commie friends can obtain hard currency? How about
to further the cause of John Kerry and Jane Fonda’s hatred of Vietnam
Vets?

Vets Against the War is also a working Key Defamer For the Brooks
Gang

Moreover, another key member of the Nigel Brooks gang (who regularly
uses criminal libel against the gang’s victims, such as fraudulently
claiming other vets that disagree with him are Pedophiles and such)
was an avid John Kerry supporter, and WAS A MEMBER OF THE VIETNAM
VETERANS AGAINST THE WAR who supported and was also involved with the
infamous Jane Fonda. So guess what this Nigel Brooks gang member’s
ulterior motive and agenda to defame other Vets with such outrageous
false “pedophile” accusations is as well? To support our vets and
our troops? Guess again.

Bottom Line to Nigel Brooks hit Squad:

If you are a “real” Vet, and you disagree with the Nigel Brooks smear
gang about any topic, out trots non veterans to smear you with lies
and fraud, and further, those misguided Veterans that opposed the war
start fraudulently and outrageously labeling you as a “pedophile” so
as to destroy your reputation and smear you in the most vicious and
malicious way possible - these are the key “hit men” and fascist
tactics used regularly by the Nigel Brooks smear gang.

I would not characterize these goons as “Veterans” - more like con
men and criminals in my opinion.

Some Other Members of the Nigel Brooks Gang are also very Suspect
“Vietnam Veterans.”

Yet another key member of Nigel Brooks gang, another self-acclaimed
“Veteran of Vietnam” claims that although he was in the Artillery in
Vietnam, he worked as a Tank Crew member in Vietnam, and he said he
wore Artillery BRASS on his Jungle Fatigues!

If you were ever in Vietnam you would know NO ONE wore brass on Jungle
Fatigues - and Artillery men were not found in Tank crews (you needed
very specialized training to become a tank crew member) and to top all
this off this same gang member (Pepperoni - a.k.a. Tom Huxton) has
been caught posting fantastic stories about his life, such as he owns
15000 buildings, is very wealthy, and he claims he is the Domino
Pizza King, and he preposterously claims he has FBI agents living
with him, and so on and so on - and he also claims “he changed his
name” since he left the US Army - so no one can verify his “claimed”
military service!

Sure right. This Nigel Brooks gang member “veteran” Pepperoni is one
of the main “fraud masters” of the gang, and all of his fraud and
false accusations ( created out of thin air) are constantly repeated
by Nigel Brooks and other members of the Nigel Brooks con and smear
gang.
Gang Operates with a Common Purpose
Nigel Brooks uses these key goons to forge and create defaming
fraud, then Brooks and Rau instructs the remainder of the gang to
repeat the fraud and defamation as many times as they can. This
obvious gang tactic ( which has been proved to not only lawyers but
also to law enforcement) makes the gang’s conspiracy to demonize,
smear and defame, more than obvious.

This gang conspires to defame and smear, and the members of the gang
operate with a common purpose, which makes them ALL culpable for what
other gang members have done or do - which is going to become a hard
surprise for many of these gang members once we get this issue into a
court of law.

Is Tom Huxton (a.k.a. Pepperoni ) a Vietnam Veteran? You be the
Judge. “Brass on Jungle Fatigues” BWHAHAHAHA.

Never A Shot Fired in Anger Heard by a Vocal Nigel Brooks’ Gang
Member

There are other Nigel Brooks gang members that also have questionable
“ Vietnam veteran” status - such as another that I know has never been
to Vietnam in his life - yet posts on a Vietnam Vet forum fraudulently
implying that (1) his posts represent the opinion of the US Army, and
(2) he is a Vietnam vet. Yet in truth he is a 30 year JUNIOR NCO
reservist! (Can you imagine staying in the US Army for 30 YEARS and
never being able to achieve the rank above that of a Junior NCO!)

Also, this clown has never been to Vietnam in his miserable and
pathetic smear merchant life. He regularly posts about combat, and
claims to know what real Vietnam vets did or did not do in Vietnam,
yet this miserable fraud and poser has never been to Vietnam, and has
never heard a shot fired in anger in his pathetic life! (A typical
Nigel Brooks smear gang member).

HOSPITAL WARD ATTENDANTS CLAIMING TO BE COMBAT MEDICS?

Another, key “Vietnam Veteran” member of the gang turns out to be a
Sp4 Hospital “Ward Attendant” that was assigned exclusively to a
Vietnam Hospital unit - yet he desperately tries to pan himself off as
a “Medic” - sure right. (Someone tell this clown that Combat Medics
were not assigned to Hospitals, they were assigned to combat units).

This Ward Attendant hospital worker would of course know almost
nothing about the Infantry and other units I was assigned to in
Vietnam - he was a Sp4 HOSPITAL WORKER WARD ATTENDANT! He might know
a bit about Hospitals, but nothing about the units I served in.
Nigel Brooks himself was also a Sp4, a Personnel Clerk, two year
draftee that never served in the Regular Army - and was long out of
active duty before the 1968 Tet offensive began. Yet Brooks also
claims to be an expert on the US Army! BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

And then we have a crackpot OCS grad who has been caught lying so many
times about me and other things one must seriously wonder if this
former reserve junior officer was shot in the head in Vietnam?
Whatever honor he was taught long ago as a reserve junior officer has
clearly been well forgotten. This fraud merchant has been caught
posting dozens of outright lies and fraud about me, and he started his
serial lying campaign by fraudulently claiming that “I dodged
Vietnam.” So have we seen thousands of posts from Brooks gang members
all exposing all of Tom Rau’s fantastic and outrageous fraud and lies
about me? Nope. Not a peep.

The “Bear” Bullshitter Gang Member

Nigel Brooks claimed that all Vietnam Vets that did not have an
infantryman’s or Green Bennie MOS were “rear echelon motherfuckers.”
The SteveL (non-Vet) found some crackpot that was assigned to the same
unit I was in the 25th, DID have an Infantryman’s MOS, but was
assigned to the 25th a year later after the Tet offensive and
counteroffensive months were long gone.
This Brooks gang member clown ranted and raved that he had “seen
many of his friends killed or wounded during his assignment to the
Wolfhounds” and that “he had taken and processed many prisoners” (or
words to that effect). His rants were joined and confirmed often by
Nigel Brooks, Tom Rau, and other key gang members, all supporting
everything this Bear person said.

However, since he was assigned to the same Battalion as I was assigned
to for a while in the 25th Infantry, I contacted his former Commanding
Officer. His CO said he remembered the “Bear” person, and further
said that during his entire command period he “only lost a single man
to the enemy” and further, this Bear Sp4 person “never took nor
processed a POW in his life!” (Or words to that effect).

Obviously, the Bear gang member was recruited by the SteveL gang
member specifically to defame me, and he turned out to be a typical
Nigel Brooks smear gang member - he fit right in with the other
posers, liars, frauds, and/or fake Veterans.

CRIMINALS IN THE GANG?

I should also mention that two members of the Nigel Brooks gang are
presently under investigation by my lawyers for alleged acts and
actions that are so outrageous they will not even be mentioned here
until I hear what my lawyers have decided to do about such overt
acts. So here are other members of the Nigel Brooks gang that are
classic examples of people that actually believe “they are above the
law and can get away with anything - regardless of how despicable and
egregious.”

All Nigel Brooks gang members are self-acclaimed “experts” on the
Vietnam War

All of the Nigel Brooks gang members post on a Vietnam forum as if
they know everything about Vietnam, and they know everything every
Veteran did in Vietnam - sure right!

One gang member even received a Silver Star medal for a single combat
experience while performing a medical duty that real combat medic
types performed every day - and the combat medics were lucky to get
hot chow for those *same* duties that generated a medal to the
Hospital Ward Attendant. Like I said, medals in Vietnam were not
awarded equitably - and that is why most of the really good soldiers I
knew never pandered for them nor respected those that did.

I for one did not respect nor appreciate men that managed to
huckster a “medal” for duty others did on a regular basis without
receiving similar medals, and then try and use that medal (obtained
due to a single combat experience as an example) as some evidence he
was a better soldier or more deserving of praise than those that
simply did similar duties every day and did not whine, cry nor beg for
medals. The really good soldiers I knew in Vietnam just did their job
- never whined for medals - did what the Army asked of them
regardless of MOS, and if they were lucky got to go home. Those that
did not come home are the ones that deserve the medals, just my
opinion of course.

(It is ironic those men that I and my men mostly found contemptible
during the Vietnam war (especially the officers that helped to write
up their own medal recommendations) who were those that whined, cried
for and huckstered medals, are the ones that we are supposed to
respect and hold in high esteem now that the war is over.)

However, with that said, for those that actually deserved their
medals, I say honor them, as they were few. And no doubt some
troops really did deserve their medals for valor as they actually did
perform “above and beyond” - which in Vietnam, was saying a lot.

It has been my experience however, that you will find those that
really deserved their medals rarely say a word about them - and they
did not nor would ever file, and cry, and whine and pander for every
medal in the book so they appear like one of those Russian Colonels
with medals running from their lapels down to their groin. (It seemed
to me that some units gave medals out for valor just for pissing
straight in Vietnam).

Veterans Challenged Me My Ass

A few of Nigel Brooks smear gang members might be non-combat type
Vietnam Vets, (like Brooks) but several of Brooks key gang members,
and the ones that generate the most defaming fraud about the gang’s
victim du jour, are NOT Vietnam Vets, they just masquerade as Veterans
so as to defame other real Veterans that are in favor of our war on
terror.

In fact, I have seen hundreds of fake names being used by Nigel Brooks
gang members for the specific purpose to malign and defame other
“real” Veterans - and these same fake names are used by the Nigel
Brooks gang to attack our war on terror and defame our troops fighting
that war.

I guess if you love the commies running Vietnam, and you hate our
troops fighting our war on terror, and you want to embrace criminals,
and smooch with former SDS members, and dregs that have been caught
lying about their military service, the Nigel Brooks smear gang would
be a good gang to join.

Make no mistake, the Nigel Brooks gang is a smear and defamation gang,
and they operate with a common purpose to smear, defame, demonize and
maliciously interfere with anyone that dares to disagree with them.
They are hardly real and honest Veterans like this clown tries to pan
them off to be - in the true sense of the phrase - they are something
quite different, as this post irrefutably proves.
