Project Overview

Nambiar Beverly Park is a master development by Nambiar Builders spanning 76 acres in Bilwaradahalli, Bannerghatta Road, south Bangalore. Phase 1 covers 36 acres with 298 luxury villa plots featuring lush open spaces and modern urban planning.

Villas are priced at an indicative pre-launch rate of ₹13,499 per sq.ft. of saleable area. Prices start from about ₹5.48 Cr for smaller variants and scale up to ₹7.29 Cr for Phase 1. Additional costs include development charges, preferential-location charges, maintenance fees, and government taxes.

RERA Status & Timelines

K-RERA registration has been applied for, with official approval expected by August 20, 2026. Expressions of interest are currently open from ₹5 lakh. Project completion is scheduled for December 31, 2030, with possession targeted for January 15, 2031.
