Meeting for this Semester

Hi,

I think we should try to organise a meeting around the first week of
July for all existing members of the forum on campus.

We could plann our activities for the semester and think about
approaching the VC for official recognition of the forum. Moreover, we
can consider increasing our membership, especially with regards to the
new batch that will come in some time in July.

Please think of a time convenient for all and do post it here.

would not have joined yet !!!
so i think around 15th july wud be a good option !!

Lets have a meeting before the juniors come in, in order to prepare the agenda for this semester, one of the points of this agenda could be as to how to increase student participation, focusing particularly on the 2nd years and the 1st years.

The idea of having the meeting before the juniors come is to plan out
our activities for this semester, one of which includes how to
approach the new incoming batch. We need to be able to impress them
with our organisation and show that this Forum has a plan. Without a
clear mandate for the semester, our forum will not seem attractive/
impressive to the new batch.

It is important that the existing members on campus first take stock
of our membership and the condtion of the forum. Hence, in my opinion
there is need for introspection, before we approach the junior batch.

Whatever happened to this forum.. its been almost a month the juniors
and the seniors are here !! whats the agenda?
