Dear all,

Please note the following points for future SBC activities.

1. In view of the new financial policy adopted by the college, the Registrar has directed that for all SBC acquisitions, atleast 3 quotations should be submitted while requesting for the release of funds.

Please note that these quotations should be in a proper format ie: should contain the letter head of the store, product name and brand, prices and any other relevant detail. If any of these details are not present, the Registrar may reject the quotation.

2. Reimbursement can be sought for the travel expenses incurred while seeking quotations to a maximum of Rs. 500 for each instance. After acquiring the quotations, show it to the Treasurer and expenses shall be reimbursed subject to how the location is from the college. 

All the conveners are required to forward this mail to the members of their respective committee.
