Do you guys remember the results for Indian light solo third place, Indian light group second and third place, fashion show second and third place and group dance second and third place? I have everything else, will send a consolidated results mail once I get these since some people asked.

I sincerely thought carpe diem rigging was confined to the fifth year, which does make some level of sense.

Eh? We barely rigged anyhow, at least not for music events. Dance the first years were clearly better but sourabh bharti and neha didn't even need to be told, they themselves made us win. I guess we had the nostalgia factor going for us. Why, who else rigged? I'll send the results mail today

No no. Fifth years I get. Besides the nostalgia rigging. You guys were actually excellent. I didn't get some other year rigging and us ending up 4th. Didnt make sense :P Anyhow.

Ending up 4th is still commendable Aarant.
In my first year we ended up 6th, after LLMs. despite being so enthu! :P
It happens, though I don't think other batches really rig any of the scores intentionally. E.g. I definitely think your batch should have been second for Indian light group, I loved that mash-up performance.. but Sourabh Bharti might have had his biases without my batch telling him anything otherwise.

Yeah in our first I remember I won like four or five things but we still came fifth. Curse of the first year I suppose:P. You guys should all stand, people know we were an exceptionally enthu cult com. And you guys can always come to me for monetary aid

who won the banner making? I don't remember seeing any banners at all.

gum art was chucked because there was only one entry and it was shit

banner making my batch and the 4th years submitted on the last day, both were amazing

won't that entry from gum art win by default? Isn't it unfair to cancel it? 

And so who won for banner?

we didnt have time to judge and id only received an entry from my batch but keerthi gave me his in the last minute and it was really really good so  I decided to give them 1st and my batch 2nd

(See how we didn't rig to the extent of the one event which I judged- I made a different batch win :P. Our batch's was quite good too, see our group dance videos, they put it up in the background)

it was REALLY bad, just chewed gum on paper. And it was just left on the table with no identification as to its owner. Not like it wouldve made a difference to the overall score at all

There was no name? Then its fine. Funny, I remember that Tanya had done gum art too, and it was pretty good. But she had signed it also I think.

It wont make a difference to the points, but when we put up the list, people who participated might just ask why. Thats all.

I actually remember her saying she was doing it too :/ this yuck one wasnt tanya's, I didnt see tanya's entry. Anyway cant be helped now. The 4th years had a huge margin so I dont think it would have made a difference
