If you guys  are having it then get on it soon. Priyank take the letter I got signed by VK for the dance night (for October 5th) and tell him it didn't happen due to submission deadlines and that you want to postpone it to this Friday. He was nice about it then, I don't think he'll have a problem now. 

Let me know when you get this done, I'll send a mail for dance night

Take swami's number from me, he'll set up the speakers. Use the college speakers

I'm going home tomorrow, back next tuesday. We'll meet sometime next week and decide if its possible. We had a meeting last week and we decided upon a diwali bonfire night with music instead of a dandiya night per se. But we can play some dandiya songs as well. I say we meet next wednesday to plan see whether its feasible given all of our work constraints
