This is the DJ we're confirming. The attachment says 50,000 but we've agreed upon 35,000. He said he'll be mailing us his tech requirements as the band has- we can get this done by the same company we ask to get the equipment for the band

I am doing an attachment of the Proposal & the artist Profile.

And as discussed earlier we would close the deal for Rs 35,000 (Thirty Five Thousand) which include the DJ Equipment cost,the main PA should be provided.

So there's a Rs 4326 tax on the DJ fee

And I forgot about prize money (Rs 25,000)

Also transport and food for the band+ food for the DJ- About Rs 5000

So now- we are in a deficit of Rs 32,326 (4326+ 25,000 + 5000 - the 2000 extra we have left). We'll also have to add the reimbursement cost of the bedsheets (for banner making) and rangoli which Ramya has bought. Hopefully the sound and stage estimates were too high, otherwise we'll need other committees to help pitch in for the stage and 3 days sound rentals. Anyway, I'm working at trying and reducing all of this, we have a few other sound options as well. Will confirm final price of everything by tomorrow, will try and get this figure down to 15,000 and we can take this out of our supposed to be film fest head

And Service tax of 12.36% is added upon Rs 35,000(Thirty Five Thousand) so the Total amount would be Rs 39,326(Thirty Nine Thousand Two Hundred & Twenty Six only).
