A-type accommodation

Dear All,

Please tell the procedure to apply for A-type.

I completed 5 years of PhD, I submitted my synopsis and thesis submission in December, 2016. Its very difficult to complete the work when staying outside with family.

or please suggest some other campus accommodation (for 4 months only).
