Enquiry regarding waste disposal and car cleaning charges

Hi,

I would like to know how much should be paid to the guy who picks waste from Nalanda hostel every morning. He's also been assigned to clean our car. He keeps telling us a different rates every day. We suspect if he is trying to make a fool of us. So we would like to know the standardized rate for cleaning cars.
