Dear Mr. Ben,

I have not yet read or gone thru yr draft. But with reference to Mr. Steve's email. I would like to
post a couple of ideas. Dont take me wrong as I had not read your draft. Its simply some ideas drawn
from the Emaar investor group's leader. I too was present at Emaar BizPark and we need to convince
Nakheel to acknowledge our request and to react in a positive manner.

Therefore, v cannot and v should not ask for any unrealistic demand. It would never be approved
or even be entertained. We can neither pressure Nakheel nor should we be using any words
which could harm our negotiations. Donot forget, Nakheel is Govt. and no one can pressure Govts.

I have enclosed in my earlier email a copy of the petition, please reffer it and if all inthe group agrees
to forward the same, we should do it. Iam with the majority, whatever the out-come.

Rgds,
Shabbir

Agree 100%, we have to come to a solution together. Asking 12% interest on installments allready paid will not lead to success, this is my personal opinion.

Guys, the current count is 95 million AED.

Agreed making unrealistic demand would render entire excersie futile.
