I have a villa in al furjan phase 1 which i have paid 40%. I also have
quite a few of Lake Disricts and Badrah's. Please let me know if you
want a list and details of these properties.

I have received termination letter for Albadra has any one else received and what is the way forward as rera is doing nothing

Hello Nadia,

We have been receiving similar terminations or legal notices from Emaar.
See, they cannot afford to terminate our contracts. They are trying to put legal
notices to threaten us so that we start paying them.

Anyways, we should stay calm and help the group push through and convince the developer to negotiate.

Almost majority investors have received such notices or legal termination warnings.

We all are losing everything, lets try to get something or the other from the developers back.

I have alos recd a default notice from nakheel stating that I have 30 days to make payment on my Badrah 1 unit ( 20% paid ) otherwise the contract will be terminated.Is it the same as a termination letter?

At the moment we are representing contract values of 175 million AED. This is only Veneto, Badrah and Al Furjan. When do we go to Nakheel?
