Dear All Members,

Please find attached herewith the document (sample pettition) which was submitted

to Emaar by the emaar investor group.

Would suggest to keep the petition, simple, requesting Nakheel to consider our cases.

I think this petition could be used for referral purpose and or used for submitting to Nakheel as well.

A couple of suggestions:

1) Bring all investors under the Nakheel investor group ( this is already done )

2) Form sub-groups according to Projects ( Al Furjan, Badrah.....etc.,etc.), and forward all the investors in their respective sub-catagory according to their investment portfolio, in whatever projects they belong to.

3) Pick 3 investors from the each sub-group, to lead and represent everyone in the sub-group,like badrah, al furjan....). These 3 should have a better knowledge of the Laws & Bylaws of RERA as well as Nakheel's policies.

I think putting things in order and in proper place is very important. Otherwise, if would not serve our purpose.

This huge group formed would then be of no use as the investors would not know who and when to contact and how to go about it, as there are lots n lots registering the group on daily basis.

I hope my points are well understood for the betterment of the group n for all of our interest.

Thanks/Shabbir

As requested please find enclosed Emaar petition in word document so you can alter as you want.

Thanks,

I agree with the suggested methods outlined above by Mr. Shabbir

However we are still on step 1) and time is of the essence

Mr. Parmar,
I appreciate and understand your concern, but I think v cannot address
Nakheel with all problems in particular and specific. It wont be worth, as
it is not their concern whether we have to pay in Sterling or Rupees.

The best way is to stick to a common agenda of all the investors and not going in too
much of details. Our agenda should be simple, neat and clean and on the table to push them
towards negotiations and understanding for the betterment of all the investors

Thanks/Shabbir

is it worth mentioning in the petiton that the currency has also fallen drastically.
eg: stirling against the dirham. Due to this my furjan installments have gone up 30%!
