With regards to your below request of cancelling FURJAN PHASE 2 VILLA A  and consolidating it to FURJAN PHASE 2 VILLA  is subject to approval on your acceptance to settle the 20% next installment in full along with the 1% delayed fees on overdue installment against the property you wish to keep. A consolidation fee of AED 5,000 will also be applied for the unit to be cancelled.

 

Should you agree on the above condition, your request will be forwarded to the concerned department and we will revert back to you once we have a decision on the same.

   As far as Emaars  Maysan is concerned . I alone have 34 units in that building. Plus I have quite a few units in Warsan and  Teema both.    So if we can get more folks to gather, I am pretty sure the group will represent more than 50%  of the buyers of the three Emaar projects, Maysan, Warsan and Teema.

 

This way don’t you think we will be in a better position to negotiate with Emaar considering that the group  consists of the majority of the  buyers in these units.

Hi Guys,

I managed to get more info on what is happening with Al Furjan construction through my source in Arabtec.

Arabtec was initially given a contract to construct 1515 villa's; however, in light of recent events they are now only constructing a total of 523 villas in 2 packages. Package 1 consists of 253 villa's and package 2 consists of 270 villa's. I don't know what happens with the rest of the villa's but this is what is on the table so far. Apparently, they have plenty of materials and work force right now so can actually get work done quite quickly given the option but for some reason Nakheel only wants them to go ahead with these 523 villa's for now.

I'll let you guys know if i know more. Btw, i visited the area a few days back and work is in full swing and you can now clearly see the shells for the townhouses on the main road dividing Discovery Gardens and Al Furjan. This kind of corroborates with what my contact in Arabtec has told me.

We need to get more investors on board, so lets all try to do our bit.
