Nakheel Investors Petition - draft

I have uploaded a draft of the Nakheel Investors Petition - please
review and amend/change as required. This has been targeted towards
what I feel most people are looking for - cancellation of Nakheel
projects that have not yet started or are at an early stage of
construction, and refunding of all money paid to date.

Regardless of the exact content of the petition letter, the main task
we face is to gather several master lists of Nakheel investor's names,
units and signatures that can be submitted to Nakheel together with
the petition. As we found out outside Emaar's offices, this is not an
easy thing to do quickly, so I suggest we agree several meeting times/
places over the next week to allow all investors time to sign the
master lists when it is convenient and possible for them to do so.

I agree that we should stay connected to the Dubai Investor Group
through which we will be able to access a greater number of Nakheel
investors.

Ben, thanks so much for initiating the draft for Nakheel's petition,
it is great, however, shall we add one alternative requirement to give
us credit notice towards the completed projects from Nakheel, as I
think the credit notice is more realistic than asking Nakheel to
refund our money in full.

Hereby I am sending the breakdown of my 5 units in Al Badrah phase 1
through excel spread sheet.
