Dear family,

Zach and I are going to the store today to buy supplies for the attached Hareesa recipe from the Ma Baseema cookbook. This will be our first time making Hareesa.

If you have personal suggestions on how you might doctor up this recipe and you’re willing to share them, will you please let us know?

One thing I’m surprised about is that the only spice listed to use is salt.
