I hope you are doing well. I'd like to invite you for an online Ruby 101 Workshop Series meetup on 27th May from 5.00pm to 7.00pm.

Introduction:
In a series of 4 interactive hands-on remote online workshops, participants will be introduced to the Ruby programming language. They will make a game and a serverless web application. Participants will then have the opportunity to extend either the game or the web application and discuss their experiences with their peers. The workshops will progressively build skills and the first workshop requires basic knowledge of computer use, but should be accessible to those without programming experience.
Format:
Online workshop (2 hours per week) and optional offline exercises with an associated discussion group. Workshop material will be put on GitHub to allow for self-study.
Expected outcome:
Knowledge of using Ruby to make desktop and web applications.
