Dear Shem,

Your presentation this last evening reminded me of the work KEMRI-PEMA-LITHI are currently considering carrying out.

Surprisingly, we are currently looking for project partners. Our work is 100% not-for-profit and community-oriented. Anyone is welcome to practically and objectively verify this claim - that our work is both professionally done and 100% not-for-profit.

In another communication, I will send you photographs on the presentations.

Good morning,

Peter

Hello FRIEND, in Capital,

You are indefatigable and indomitably resolute in your intentions.

You make me soldier on with one mind: and it seems to work. Enjoy the good weather and trim your hedge when the temperature is more cooperative.

At the moment, PEMA Education Center has more good will than it digest, but that is how far it goes. Turning this good will into practical advantage is the next and most challenging task. Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) has expressed realistic interest in using PEMA School as a platform for launching Kenya School Health Programme and Early Childhood Education and Development as the latter relates to social development (see attached presentations and photos made yesterday at the school by two interns from KEMRI).

I will forwards some shots from the event for your enjoyment as you take coffee one of these pleasant summer sunsets. Your colleagues - Foundation Friends of PEMA will start to see what you had in your sights in 2006. They say UP here in Africa that 'An elder sitting at the bottom of the trees much farther than an young man hoisting himself life a flag at the top of the same tree'; enjoy.

We can hardly wait for the computers!!!!

In Friendship,

Peter
