Slackware 15.0 is finally out! ~-> www.slackware.com

For your information, Slackware Linux is the oldest Linux distribution out there (^_^)

It is available in the following formats:

> ARM  for ARM boards such as Raspberry PI :)

> x86_64 for your 64 bit machines (most machines these days running mostly on intel and AMD chips)

> i586 for your older 32 bit machines :)

Best of all, you can download older versions of Slackware and go to the way-back-in-time-machine and install Slackware on a 386 machine or a 486 machine!! (*_*)

If you are used to the Ubuntu, Mint, PCLinux, .../etc. environments, Slackware is a welcome relief though the learning curve is quite steep!

For those advanced souls out there who are setting up Linux database servers to talk to both Linux DB (MariaDb or MySQL) simultaneously with Microsoft Windows DB (SQL Server), here's a write-up for the the weary eyed and frustrated that can iron out issues to do with default Linux ODBC driver IODBC in conjunction with FreeTDS and PHP.
