RE: ASIS - Biometric Software - ADMS Server

Jambo,

Recently, some folks were trying to integrate ZKTECO  SpeedFace M4 biometric unit (facial, palm, finger, RFID) with ERPNEXT Software on Ubuntu Linux (e.g. https://github.com/frappe/biometric-attendance-sync-tool).

Watching the folks struggle for several days with Ubuntu Aptitude Package manager and the ever so wonderful Python PIP package manager .... frustration started to build as nothing was working as it should ....

"hmmm .... there must be a better way ...."

A few cups of coffee later accompanied by chapos and mandazis, ASIS ADMS Listener Server was created - a completely independent solution that is:

  * 100% free of any Python Code

  * Based on Apache & PHP - ZKTECO usually pushes data to server via GET & resulting    

     attendance data sent via POST payload

* Smaller Code - less than 100 KBytes

* Originally created for Slackware Linux and it also runs on any version of Linux!

* Stable and reliable solution for integrating ZKTECO devices with AMDS server with ERP or time and attendance software (e.g. ASIS, ERPNEXT, ..)
