Help booting centos7: Dracut emergency shell

I recently ran into an issue trying to boot my linux workstation running centos7. 

The disks are raided (RAID 5), and on startup, the available options in the grub menu including the rescue partition throw me into the dracut emergency shell.

I tried alot of things to solve the problem, but its been defeating. Any help is appreciated.

Can you post the log file /run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt that is
suggested somehwhere?
