The IPOB member that doctored the original video of President Tinubu with AI to make him look like he does not care about the security issues in Nigeria has been arrested. I hope he gets some jail, released with a pardon and put on probation for a long time. 

The ones that also created the fake video of the kidnappers torturing their victims by melting nylon in their body are also going to be found and prosecuted. 

No more “I am sorry” and expect to be let go without some type of punishment after doing bad things that can cause panic in the country.

It is a disgrace and a shame that some people who have lived in the US -- a stable but not perfect democracy -- have not had the US live through them, so they exhibit the primitive, beastly, and uneducable tribal munchkins' traits they inherited from their ancestors. Since I have lived in this country, every US president was constantly parodied and Trump is parodied all of the time in the same way that Tinubu was parodied; public figures are parodied in a similar manner all of the time and no one gets arrested or sued for it -- because the US Supreme Court has long held that parody constitutes protected speech.  

In Nigeria, a colossally failed president Tinubu was parodied and the DSS, that is incapable of arresting bandits and kidnappers, shamelessly and cowardly arrested the prankster. Instead of the dwarf of lower Eastside -- supposedly exposed to democracy and freedom speech's reach -- to condemn the arrest, he stupidly applauds the tyranny.

Let me educate you on the limitations of parody and satire as free speech or freedom of speech in America. While you're free to make fun of people in form of parody or satire in America, that freedom stops the moment you present it as a factual assertion with actual malice. In order words, if you claim your parody's representation is true with intention of damaging someone's image or reputation in public, and knowing fully that it is false, you're liable to defamation in a court of law. You can't claim free speech for that in court.

Go to school and learn and stop disgracing yourself on the internet. You're not a lawyer. You're an imposter and a lawyer wannabe. You can be arrested and tried and jailed by a court of law, for false claim and false representation that you're a lawyer in America.

Nigeria’s foreign reserves exceed $50bn for first time in three months

Nigeria’s external reserves have climbed above the $50 billion mark for the first time in three months, according to the latest data released by the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN.

Figures from the apex bank showed that the country’s foreign reserves rose to $50.04 billion as of June 4, 2026.

The development represents an increase of $1.70 billion, or 3.52 per cent, compared to the $48.34 billion recorded during the same period in May.

DAILY POST reports that Nigeria’s external reserves have maintained a steady upward trajectory since May 6, 2026, when they stood at $48.36 billion.

CBN data further indicated that the last time the nation’s foreign reserves exceeded the $50 billion threshold was on March 12, 2026.

Despite the sustained growth in external reserves, the naira has continued to experience fluctuations against the dollar at the official foreign exchange market.

The local currency closed at N1,362.21 per dollar on Friday, June 5, 2026, representing an appreciation of N4.34 compared to the corresponding period last month.
