If they could do so, and got away with so doing, why are you assuming that they care about what the Constitution says as they pursue their current jihad?

Ankara was Constantinople not too long ago, and just like the West and Southern Nigeria are playing dumb today, Constantinople became an Islamic entity, leading to all the churches, cathedrals, and Jewish tabernacles were torn down or converted into mosques. 

I hear that Texas is their target; they would have succeeded in taking over Texas by now were it not that conservatives controls most of the state. I heard that there is a small city they wanted to turn into an Islamic city, but the governor of Texas put a stop to it. Thanks goodness, were it in a blue state, they would have gotten their way.
