Gullible Pastor Called Emeka Okala:
Are you listening and reading this, you gullible Pastor of London. Just like I said, your dumb leader who lacks skills in leadership and crisis management called Peter Obidiot, is the cause of the crisis in Labor Party. Not Tinubu. Instead of building the party he borrowed from Nigerian Labor Congress in 2023 elections, he was busy hobnobbing with singers and so-called celebrities for photo-ops. The idiot might as well join Nollywood as a singer, actor and dancer. He is a failure. Instead of solving the crisis that engulfed the Labor Party, he was busy settling disputes among P-Squard singing brothers or whatever the boys are called in Nigeria, like that would win him presidency in Nigeria. Peter Obidiot is a clown like you. No wonder why you're attracted to him.
What a Pastor!

The Labour Party (LP) faction led by Julius Abure has accused Peter Obi, former presidential candidate, of orchestrating the crisis in the party.
Umar Ibrahim, the LP national secretary in Abure’s camp, made the claim while responding to Obi’s recent interview.
Obi had said the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) infiltrated the party, triggering the crisis within its ranks.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Ibrahim accused Obi of misleading Nigerians on the actual cause of the party’s crisis, noting that nearly all political parties are grappling with one form of internal conflict or the other.
We sincerely hope that he should introspect and move away from these ill-conceived narratives,” the statement reads.
“It is therefore pertinent to put on record that the problem with the Labour Party was not created by the ruling party (APC), rather the problem in the Labour Party was created and sustained by Peter Obi and Dr. Alex Otti, the governor of Abia State, who is presently serving suspension for anti-party activities.”
Ibrahim asked Obi to “produce any tangible or intangible evidence” suggesting that Abure’s leadership of the LP is “in bed with the APC-led government”
Nobody is infallible, and it behoves anyone who makes mistakes to be bold enough to own it,” the statement added.
When good leaders fail, they should own up to their responsibilities. Obi failed to provide leadership for the party.
“He should own up to his mistakes. It is therefore shameful for Peter Obi and Dr. Alex Otti to continue to accuse the government of infiltrating Labour Party and by so doing demarketing the party.
“We are therefore calling on Peter Obi and other aggrieved members of the party to understand and digest the fact that Barrister Julius Abure’s leadership has come to stay and nothing can change that.”
Ibrahim added that the LP leadership under Abure could not have worked for Obi’s success during the 2023 election only to hobnob with the APC.
Kenneth Okonkwo, a former chieftain of the Labour Party (LP), has accused Peter Obi, the party’s standard-bearer in 2023, of betraying him.
In an interview with Symfoni TV, Okonkwo said Obi failed to manage the leadership crisis that has rocked the party since the 2023 election.
He claimed that Obi aligned with the Julius Abure-led faction of the party, which is allegedly hobnobbing with the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Okonkwo said Obi repeatedly ignored calls to distance himself from Abure’s faction.
The former LP spokesperson also faulted Obi’s leadership style, saying the ex-Anambra governor lacks the traits of a team player and an effective manager.
He pointed to instances where Obi reportedly endorsed non-LP candidates during elections, alienating loyal party members.
“When we started in 2023, it was an organic movement. Every Nigerian wanted change. Every Nigerian was dissatisfied with the way things were going. So, we felt that something new was appearing on the horizon,” he said.
“And because I am a man focused on the security and welfare of Nigerians, not a politician loyal to any political party, I was committed to the movement. Nobody drafted me into it.
“I followed the movement on my own accord. So, when I was chosen to be a spokesperson, I honoured it. Everybody knew what I did and the contributions I made.
“We did what we did, and we believe we won the election. What happened after that? If you are a brilliant politician, what you should do is to start preparing and consolidating for 2027, and the first platform you begin with is your party.”
He claimed that Obi is “a politician of convenience, not a politician of conviction”.
“Nobody is murdering Obi’s political career. Obi is committing political suicide. And I mean it,” he added.
Okonkwo dismissed claims that he betrayed Obi by leaving the LP.
“Any politician who knows what he is doing cannot be betrayed by anybody. If there is anybody who betrayed the other, I can say it emphatically that Peter Obi betrayed me,” he said.
Okonkwo left the LP in July 2024 after saying he no longer has confidence in Obi’s ability to build a party that can win elections.
He said Obi has “proved that even if the people vote for him, he doesn’t have what it takes to secure the mandate”.
A month before he left the party, Okonkwo described the LP as “a secret society led by a group of clowns”.

In a major boost to Nigeria’s fuel supply chain, Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced it will commence nationwide distribution of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) and diesel from August 15, 2025.
As part of this landmark rollout, the refinery is deploying 4,000 brand-new Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)-powered tankers to enhance nationwide delivery — at no extra cost to buyers.
The initiative covers petrol stations, fuel marketers, manufacturers, telecom companies, aviation operators, and other large-scale consumers across Nigeria.
To further support efficient delivery, Dangote is investing in CNG booster stations and has positioned over 100 CNG tankers to ensure smooth and sustainable distribution.
The refinery is also offering a credit facility to bulk buyers. Customers purchasing a minimum of 500,000 litres can access an additional 500,000 litres on credit for two weeks, backed by a bank guarantee.
This nationwide programme is expected to cut logistics costs, lower fuel prices, revitalise dormant petrol stations, create jobs, and improve energy access in rural and underserved communities.
Dangote Petroleum Refinery described the rollout as a bold step toward stabilising fuel supply, aligning with the Federal Government’s Naira-for-Crude policy and President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
“This is about inclusive growth and affordability,” the company said. “We are committed to ensuring no community is left behind in access to cleaner, more efficient energy.”

Stay tuned and stay safe;

NBS said the May 2025 headline inflation rate decreased 0.74 per cent compared to the April headline inflation rate.
According to the statistics office, inflation declined significantly to 1.53 percent in May from 1.86 percent in April, on a month-on-month basis.
This indicated a slower pace in the rise of prices across the economy.
On a year-on-year basis, the NBS said the headline inflation rate was 10.98 per cent lower than the rate recorded in May 2024 (33.95 per cent).
It stated that the easing in inflation was driven by a slowdown in price increases across key segments, including farm produce, utilities, clothing, and health.
Also, NBS announced that food inflation declined to 21.14 percent in May from 21.16 percent in April.
The statistics office attributed this sharp decline largely to base-year effects following the inflation rebasing methodology.
On a month-on-month basis, however, food inflation increased marginally to 2.19 percent in May from 2.06 percent in April.
