Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has backed the call for international intervention in Nigeria to halt the spate of killings and insecurity, saying the government is unable to protect the citizens.
Me - I hope Bayo Ọnanụga and Tinubu won’t forgive Obasanjo like they claim they won’t forgive Peter Obi for supporting foreign intervention.

Imperial:Nigeria must not hire any foreign mercenaries. That's a slap on Nigeria's face. Further, Nigeria must not rely on the US for support of any kind. America is looking to establish its military base in Nigeria. That's why it's accusing Nigeria of genocide. It's own Ambassador to Nigeria said it many times that there is no Christian genocide in Nigeria. That both Christians and Muslims are being killed by terrorists and as a matter of fact, more Muslims are being killed than Christians. It's terrorism and terrorists don't discriminate. But America decided to ignore and bypass its own Ambassador which supposed to be its number one point of contact about what's going on in Nigeria and choosing to rely on some stupid people whose aim is to destabilize Nigeria and its government at all cost for information, because America doesn't want to face its own domestic problems. America has a lot of domestic problems its running away from. Imstead, its looking for ways to divert its citizens attention from its own internal problems to foreign countries like Venezuela and Nigeria. IThe fact is that America cannot solve Nigeria's gargantuan insecurity or terrorism. Several countries helped America flush out ISIS from Iraq several years ago. It couldn't do it by itself and it took a long time to flush out ISIS from Iraq with the help of several countries, and ISIS is a uniformed terrorist organization, which made them easy to locate. Boko Haram, ISWAP, AL-QAEDA, IPOB, ESN, Fulani Herders, Bandits and Kidnappers all currently operating in Nigeria are un-uniformed terrorists that are difficult to spot. America hasn't dealt with the kind of terrorism in Nigeria before. America spent several years in the Sahel and Mali areas trying to spot terrorists and couldn't get rid of them till they left. America has some of the equipment Nigeria needs, but will not give them to Nigeria. They're all about propaganda against Nigeria. Nigeria has been asking America for necessary equipment to tackle terrorism for years, they never responded. Instead, they sent Nigeria antiquated, second hand and underrated equipment. That's to tell you about America.
The Nigerian military is not the problem with insecurity in Nigeria. I said that many times in these forums times before. Nigeria cannot fight and defeat terrorism with the military or the police. It requires a new and special kind of force which I designed for Nigeria. More so, Nigeria should not rely on America for equipment. China has better equipment than America. As a matter of fact, China is more technologically advanced today than America and all the necessary equipment can be sought from China. A lot of people haven't been to China lately to see China's advancement in technology. I've been to China recently and I saw wonders. It will take years for America to catch up with China technologically. America has been sleeping while China has been busy developing its technology day and night. I will encourage people to visit China and see wonders.
