Dear Asher Greenberg,
Congratulations! Funding in the amount of $1200 has been awarded to support 8 students at University of Massachusetts Amherst through the National Housing Endowment International Builders’ Show (IBS) Scholarship.
NAHB Student Chapter attendance at the IBS is very important to the NAHB federation, and the National Housing Endowment is pleased to be able to help students attend by providing this scholarship. NAHB is committed to recruiting the best and brightest to pursue careers in the residential construction industry.
Please complete the Funding Verification Form by November 11, 2011. By submitting the online form, you pledge that the scholarship will be used towards travel expenses to attend the International Builders' Show and for no other activity or purpose. The National Housing Endowment will disburse checks in December to the organization and address you include on the verification form.
All IBS Scholarship recipients must also submit a summary report which illustrates how the funding was used and detail the students’ experience at the show. Instructions will be emailed soon after the IBS. If for any reason the students funded cannot attend, the full scholarship amount must be returned to the National Housing Endowment.
