Pet dogs kept tied up near Vinca Car park entrance by dog walker

Dear Pet Owners,
Please take note of the dog walkers being employed. Today I found these two pet dogs kept tied up near the Vinca car park entrance. I waited with the dogs for a good 20mins till the dog walker returned. He claimed he had gone to drop another dog home and tied these up there. But this 20mins is good enough for any other mischief monger to just take them away not to mention what if the dogs managed to free themselves and run away. Please take note.

1: Please register your dog with BMC
2: Please put your dog on leash at all times when in society premises
3: If our pet by chance poops in society premises, please clean the mess with a old news paper and dispose the same in the wastebin.
Lets maintain a clean and healthy enviornment for both pets and people around.
