Please feel happy and thankfull to us that things didn't go to that extent that you and your fellow associates would have been charged and been behind bars for obstruction of a police investigation.
We were twice asked by the Police personnel if they should call in their Police Van with more backup to control the people obstructing the investigation and search the premise for the guard who was kept hidden from us and whom YOU MR.PRAKASH AGARWAL FALSELY claimed was not on duty but was finally found to be very well within the premise and on duty in his uniform which can be verified on the recoreded CCTV footage.
It was only once we assured the POLICE to give us a chance to convince you all to handover the guard in question did they give us a chance and things didnt go to that extent.
YOU HAD LIED TO A POLICE PERSONNEL on duty conducting an investigation Mr.Agarwal that the guard was not on duty. Be happy and thankfull to us and also count your lucky stars things didn't go to that extent!!!!!

I appreciate your concern regarding the incident on 25th july.
Pls understand that the intention behind calling the cops n ngo was only to make the guards aware of the consequences of hitting or beating stray dogs.
I want to reiterate that had u not intervened that day with the police and ngo's investigation things would have been smooth.
I read all the mails concerned with this issue and was perturbed to read about the false allegations against our dear friend lavita.
Your last mail showing sympathy for humans more than animals shows ur concern for them.
We too r human beings and mind u that these lovely animals experience the same pain when hit as we do,
In the end i would like to say that you left no stones unturned to make this incident a big issue by sending negative mails to so many people.

Dear All,
In spite of the facts being known to Ms. Powell she has been communicated that it has been proven by the CCTV footage that the guard sanjay did not beat the dog. She still continues to victimise the poor guard in the name of noble social service, which is pathetic and condemnable.
Not all are interested in her dog statistics, we have lot of human problems to deal with. They are different school of thoughts but the number of people I met in my building are more conceren about human beings and their safety over the safety dogs.
It is wrong that I have any time been informed that guards or any residents. I am not much concerned about it as I value humans more and India is full of human beings with problems. Though I never am judgemental about her beliefs.
It is wrong that I am any ad hoc committee member.
But her beliefs do not give her liberty to enter the premises without permission, even when accompanied by the police. Even her colleague Ms. Anjali admitted that we had offered to sit down and understand her problem peacefully. This is on record while she for reasons best known to her wants to deny it and quote otherwise.
She has Met mr. Ravin Chalke (she does not even spell his name correctly) in person before this incident. She is also in touch with Mr. Prakash Makwana. Mr. Sunil is again a very small and insignificant security personnel in the complex. Instead of approaching the concerned authorities she prefers to victimise Mr. Sunil who is again a very poor and insignificant person.
Please stay away from such rumours and false propaganda. We have already banned them into entering our building, We have informed the Nahar Management and our security to prohibit them in futue as we wish to live peacefully.

This is Arnav Roy from YYV. Let me clear a few things you are misquoting. What happened yesterday was a authourised police investigation. You have very conviniently forgotten to mention that two POLICE personnel were present with us and Me, Lavita madam, Anjali madam and Mona madam and the NGO personnel who were assisting an on going police investigation with authorisation of the Police who asked us to help them indentify the culprit.
You Mr.Prakash and your fellow associates obstructed us and thereby obstructed an on going POLICE investigation!!! Hooliganism is something to discribe an illegal activity. We members entered the premise when the POLICE of INDA personnel asked us to enter and help them identify the guard in question.
Obstructing a POLICE investigation is illegal and can be rightly termed as hooliganism and so who the real hooligans are can be seen as you said in the CCTV camera footage!!!!
Mind you what happened was a Legal POLICE investigation and nobody is above the LAW of the MOTHERLAND INDIA!!!!!!!!
And my fellow audiences I am happy to inform you all inspite of all the obstruction to the Legal POLICE INVESTIGATION caused by the respected Hooligans of the buildings, Law was upheld and the culprit guard guard was found GUILTY and he was fined LEGALLY under various sections of the Indian Penal Codes by the POLICE at SAKINAKA POLICE Station.
If anybody feels justice was not done is free to challenge the POLICE action leagally in court rather than defaming people who assisted a INDIAN POLICE INVESTIGATION.

Nothing explains your unauthorized entry. Please let Santosh Rane, Anjali Dawar and Ms. Ahluwalia support your action in writing. Are you the power of attorney holder for all three who are silent. I have clearly alledged that you are taking these names to suit your convenience while I am sure none of them support the hooliganism.
Being an NGO does not allow you to take laws in your hands.
You cannot enter any premises on any baseless assumption, it has been established in CCTV footage that no such act was conducted by the guards.
How can anybody be allowed free access in any area where you are not authorized to access. You should have sought due permission from the authorities.
You cannot enter any premises in large groups like this. The guard was so terrfied that he started crying, this all is in record in CCTV footage....
Whom are you trying to fool, I never opposed your views on dogs does not imply that I supported you ever. Please stop assuming and own up responsibility for the mess you have created.

The soul intention was to meet the guard educate him and caution him against such activities.We (4 members of Nahar Pet Club) and PAWA (2 members from NGO) were intercepted by Prakash Agarwal and other committee members who began obstructing them from meeting the guard.Prakash Agarwal is fully aware of the cruelty happening and about the hate mails being circulated by many members. He himself has communicated this to me. He claimed to the NGO members that instead of directly coming to meet the guard he should have been informed about it and he would take the action to prevent the cruelty. Mr. Makwana, for your information, Mr.Prakash and I have been discussing the cruelty and the hate mails since 3/4 months. He even advised me to target only those members who are sending hate mails and not to target the society in general. Hence this NGO, simply wanted to meet this guard and not any committee member. Why did Prakash Agarwal intercept and put obstacles in meeting the security guard. If he had the power and authority to correct this guard, why didnt he do earlier? Once again it is Prakash Agarwal who has advised me to send notices on cruelty to those members who are sending hate mails. He has even gone on to say that since he is not in eight towers group he will access the hate mails through some other source and forward to me which he has done already.Prakash Agarwal writes that it is under my leadership and I have been abusively pushy. This is in reply to Mr.Prakash Agarwal's totally incorrect representation of the truth.
It is known that in R12 complex, there are some people who are instigating and threatening the security guards into committing inhumane acts on the stray dogs. These inhumane act include beating them with lathis, thereby breaking their legs, dislocating their spine, gorging out their eyes and poisoning them by feeding them poison laden food.
The consequences of these acts are, constantly whining and howling dogs, wounds getting infested with maggots, which are totally sinful and uncalled for. We have been noticing these acts since 2010. We understand there are many residents who have phobia towards stray dogs but by beating them and leaving them in grievously injured with parts of their bodies rotting due to their open injuries is a larger risk to residents because they get aggressive due to the pain they are suffering.
We from the Nahar's Pet Club have taken the initiative to deal with the stray population in a humane manner. It is a known fact that these strays are territorial. By beating them we will not succeed in getting rid of them, because they will return to the original territory no matter how much they are beaten or tortured.
As a civilised society, we have to decide which path to choose. Torturing and maming them or neutering them so that they don't reproduce and lose the aggression and vaccinating them so that they do not get sicknesses. We from the Nahar's pet Club have chosen the path of neutering them and vaccinating them. We are a self funding group and have achieved 99% sterilsation of R12 sector strays.
We humbly appeal to all to support this cause whereby we can co exist peacefully.
Now regarding this incident which Mr.Prakash Agarwal has totally twisted, turned and completely misrepresented. There is one guard who is still indulging in acts of brutality in spite of him being advised and counselled by us from Nahar Pet's Club.. We had found number of strays again with broken limbs and two paralysed with their back bone broken. We found these dogs howling and writhing in pain. We took them to In Defense of Animals (IDA) Hospital where the doctors told us that all these dogs brought have been brutally beaten with lathis. On our investigation, and catching him red handed in the act by one of our members yesterday evening, we found out it was done by Sanjay Haldar who is posted on duty at Mimosa and Mirabilis. When confronted by this member, Haldar was very rude and refused to stop beating the stray dog. Hence we informed this and former incidents to Pawa India, a NGO who fights cruelty towards strays.
The intent of PAWA volunteers to enter Mimosa area and meet this Haldar who was posted on duty there and to educate and warn him against such acts in the future. As we entered Mimosa, we met Mr.Prakash Agarwal and Mr. Vikranth Thakur and another gentleman who were sitting in the lobby. They intercepted us and enquired the purpose of our visit which we explained to him. He and other two got very aggressive and prevented us from meeting the guard. This was an act of interference in the work of the NGO. These NGOs work along with the local police station. and when they do their work they take along a Police Sub Inspector and a Hawaldar with them. With such an arrangement how can Mr.Prakash Agarwal claim hooliganism on our part? Will the police stand silent, if we behave like hooligans?
Dear Residents, we have a choice of setting an example of civilised behaviour for our children. Either we set an example of being inhuman and beat the daylights of the strays or use our intelligence and civilised behaviour by taking the trouble and neutering, vaccinating and there by limiting their population. Hiranandani complex has achieved this with the help of the builder. Why should Nahar Complex not achieve the same? Why should we become inhuman?
During this incident Mr.Prakash Agarwal, threatened to spoil my friend Anjali and my name. This letter from him is a proof of it. Considering his age, I had a very high regard for him. After this behaviour and email, he has lost all that respect.
