Dear Managing Committee members,

In the 1st AGM, I was assigned to prepare rules for pet owners. Before framing the rules for implementation, in consultation with Nahar's Pet Club, following rules have been framed.

RULES:

Rule No. 1: Every Pet must be on a leash outside their flats. 

Rule No.2: Every pet owner must scoop up the pet poop and dispose it appropriately.

Rule No.3: If the pet owner knows his/her dog is aggressive to ensure the pet is muzzled at all times when outside the flat.

Rule No.4: Ensure that the pets are maintained neat and clean.

Rule No.5: All the pets should have a valid BMC licence and record of anti rabies and 9 in 1 vaccination is maintained and copy of the same sent to the society office. 

Note 1:  It is the responsibility of the pet owners for any violation done by their dog walkers.

Note 2: Rs.500/- per offence to be levied for the violation of Rule 1 & 2.

I request the Managing Committee to put this point in the agenda of the forth coming AGM. I am available for any discussion on this matter if need be.

1: Please register your dog with BMC
2: Please put your dog on leash at all times when in society premises
3: If our pet by chance poops in society premises, please clean the mess with a old news paper and dispose the same in the wastebin.

Lets maintain a clean and healthy enviornment for both pets and people around.
