Nagios Config v1.3.3 released

o Enhanced user interface
o numerous minor bug fixes such as contactgroups.cfg not being
generated correctly:
Fixed CSS, allowed services_L1 to display only one host via
hosts_E1
Fixed hostgroups_import to use correct path, fixed generate.php
to generate contacts.cfg correctly
Fixed status bar in install.php to be more informative
Took out unnecessary debugging from *_import.php files
Added $nagiosConfigExportPath to common.inc.php
