Config File install

install.php isn't grabbing my files correctly, that is probably because
I'm on Ubuntu and not Red Hat and so my installation directory is
different that you may be used to. How can I adjust the folder from
which install.php looks for my .cfg's?

Also, looking through the *_import.php files, I noticed that you don't
support the cfg_dir option of nagios.cfg Maybe something that could be
added.
