Stackless Python version used to run Nagare

Hi everybody,
I'm only using stackless python 2.7, so I was wondering what are the stackless versions people use to run Nagare.
Does anyone use something older than 2.7 ? And if so what helps you from switching to 2.7 ?
I think dropping support for anything older that 2.7 might ease the port to python3.
What do you think ?
