Hi Christoffer,

in the EventMachine-Wiki you mention that you first thought about
using a chat server with login and idle timeouts as an example. I
searched for this example since it's basically the functionality I
need to add to our existing Android app but I could not find it. Do
you still have the chat server example code available? If so, I would
be very grateful if you shared it.

Also, if I want to use a naga .jar file in our Android app, what
exaclty do I have to do to comply to any applicable license?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi Andreas,

I can't remember what happened to that code. It's rather
straightforward to create one though, but the optimal code depends on
what kind of login functionality you want.

When it comes to the Naga code, you're actually free to use it in any
way you want. No attribution or disclosure that you're using Naga is
necessary.

Sincerely,

Christoffer

Hi Christoffer,

that's really unfortunate... I'm pretty new to the asynchronous stuff so
an example would have been excellent. Do you have any other hint
for me where to look for such an example?

Thanks a lot in advance!

I checked in a chat server example to suversion. It's in the
naga.exemples package.

You can play around with it by connecting to the server using Telnet.

Hi Christoffer,

thanks a lot! I will download it right away.

BTW, the current version of naga does not support SSL, right? Or is a
version available that does support it? I will most likely have to support
SSL. Do you have any recommendations for me regarding this?

Thanks a lot for your help!!!

Best regards

Andreas
