Important Notes
- Candidate must not have previously been submitted to Morgan Stanley/Synechron.
- LinkedIn profile should be active and created in 2020 or earlier.
- Strong communication skills are mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python Development
- Strong experience with React.js
- Experience building scalable enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Experience with databases, cloud environments, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Domain Experience (Highly Preferred)
- Investment Banking / Financial Services domain experience
- Candidates with prior experience at Goldman Sachs are top priority.
- Experience working with trading, banking, capital markets, or wealth management platforms is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications
- Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and production support
- Deliver high-quality, secure, and performant enterprise solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise-level banking applications
- Exposure to cloud technologies and DevOps practices
- Ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders
- Strong ownership and communication abilities
