All right kids, here are some iPhone apps (for the cool people) that
would probably help in our little competition:
-Lose It (allows you to look up and note food intake and weight lost,
as well as exercises performed)
-Pedometer
-200 Sit Ups
-200 Squats
-200 Push Ups
-Oregon Trail (it has nothing to do with weight loss, but I think good
spirits account for something.)
If you guys can think of anything else, let me know.
Otherwise, I agree with Betty, giving up something small, like soda,
makes a HUGE difference. But, damn, I love soda.
