During testing and FAT test everything is OK and I can entry numerous times into the HMi over set passwords. But after some time, when customer starts to use the HMI and dedicated passwords I get a notification from him that its password is not able to login to HMI (he will get again and again login screen). If I do this on the Runtime simulator with the same version as installed on the real HMI everything is OK. If I go to site I will see his problem.

What could be the problem? Is it that he entered 3 times wrong password and due to this dedicated password cannot be used anymore on the HMI or something else? Or maybe is this some bug which will be solved if the latest firmware is installed? I do not know, I am just putting some guess ideas. :)

If you have a User View Control in on of your Screens and a User Login with higher rights then you can move the User back to its original Group. Or if you do not have this possibility then you have to overwrite the User Administration (pwx File or complete Project with Overwrite User Administrtaion) to fix it.

MyID supports authentication of some Siemens affiliates using their login systems. This option allows registered and federated Siemens ID users to login. This can be used to provide authentication to Siemens external partners without full on-boarding.
