1. Extract all files and directories from the archive to a directory of your choosing (be sure that you have full Read/Write privileges for the folder and keep the file and folder structure in the archive intact).
2. Run the included .exe file by double-clicking on it (depending on your Operating System's User Account privileges it might require you to run it as Administrator/with elevated privileges which is most recommended regardless for all features to work). Alternatively, you can also create a shortcut for it and place it on your Desktop or in your start menu.
3. Once the tool starts for the first time, you'll be prompted to point the tool to your WWE2k19_x64.exe file. Navigate to the folder WWE 2k19 is installed in on your computer and select the WWE2k19_x64.exe file. This is required for all the features of the Data Editor to work properly.
4. When you click buttons to launch external tools for the first time, you'll be asked to point them to their respective executable files. If you do not have the respective external tools installed, download and install them first (you can always click the "Reset External Tool Directories" button to reset the paths of all the external tools so you can set them again or manually modify them individually by opening the respective \data\Settings\External\ExternalToolDirectory*.data files with a text editor).

1. If you wish to keep your created/edited files, backup your \Moveset Files\, \Pofo Files\, \Team Info Files\ and \Attire Names Files\ folders.
2. If you wish to keep your saved Data Editor Settings, Directory data for the game, external tools, color Theme Settings, etc., backup the \data\Settings\ Folder before you continue.
3. If you wish to keep the old backups of your savegame, make a backup copy of the Data Editor's Backups folder.
4. If you have manually edited any Data Lists that you wisht to keep, backup the \data\DataLists\ Folder.
5. Once you have completed steps 1.-4. and are certain you wish to uninstall the program, simply delete the program files and folders.

+ .pofo Editor: Name Settings - Added Button to reset Name fields.

+ Settings: Added a GUI element to indicate the status of one of the experimental settings.
+ General: Code optimizations.

+ General: Fixed a bug that could cause the game directory to be set wrong in certain situations.
+ Attire Unlocker: Portions of the Attire Unlocker Backend dealing with file access have been rewritten. Thus it's no longer necessary for a compliant misc01_start.pac file to be present on startup of Data Editor.
+ Attire Unlocker: The Universal Alternate Attire Unlocker is no longer automatically/silently installed if no misc01_start.pac file that is compliant with the Universal Alternate Attire Unlocker is found. + DataLists: Added Maria & Mike Kanellis' hidden Tag Team Entrance and Victory Motions from the Rising Stars Pack DLC to EntranceAnimationID.data and VictoryAnimationID.data respectively.
+ General: Fixed a couple of GUI alignment issues.

The tool is written in Java, and comes bundled with Java 8u152 (aka 1.8.0_152) for Windows x64 bit. In case it isn't working for you out of the box, you might install a newer version of the Java Runtime Enviroment x64 bit to run (it won't run with versions earlier than 1.8.0 or 32 bit versions for compatibility reasons). Java SE 8 or later is required. Earlier versions won't work.
If you wish to use the main version of Java that's installed on your system, you will also have to rename or delete the \Resources\Java\jre* folder(s) in your Data Editor directory, which contains the bundled JRE.
You can download a compatible version at the following URL (jre-8u152-windows-x64.exe):
-downloads-2133155.html
During the installation, be careful to opt out of installing any additional programs you may not want to use!

You have to run the Data Editor with elevated privileges ("Run as Administrator") for all of it's features to work properly.
This is due to it requiring access to various files and functions that require elevated privileges.

The tool is intended to be used to edit and create Wrestler Information, Moveset and Team Info files for the official Steam version of WWE 2k19 listed at the top of this readme file. The tool has been developed and tested for that very version. Any other versions, especially cracked ones, are not supported.

You may find all the up-to-date Wrestler IDs, memory addresses required to add the created .pofo and .moveset files to the game as well as other information in Pozzum's WWE 2k19 Memory Tablem, which is accessible in Data Editor by clicking various "Memory Table" buttons.

To use external tools like Sound Editor, Custom Character Tools, etc. with the Data Editor you'll have to install them separately, then click the corresponding button in the Data Editor and point it to the respective tool's executable.
You can find links to download pages for many useful External tools that you can integrate with Data Editor in the Data Editor 2k19's "Tools, Help, Tutorials, Info, Downloads & Settings" tab.

KNOWN ISSUES
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- The tool is designed for monitors with a vertical resolution of 1080 pixels. The resolution of 1920x1080 pixels is recommended.
If your monitor has a lower native resolution than the recommended one, the Data Editor may not display all GUI elements properly. If you have a display with a lower than recommended resolution, you can use the scrollbars in each main tab, edit the data\Settings\SettingsMainWindowSizeAndPosition.data file manually (experimental, unsupported) or you can try using DSR (Nvidia video cards), VSR (AMD video cards) or a Downsampling tool of choice to activate and use a downsampled vertical resolution of 1080 pixels. Inform yourself how you can utilize those.
- If you set a scroll factor other than 2 in the SettingsMainWindowSizeAndPosition.data file, some GUI elements may not be arranged properly anymore.
- Windows (and possibly other OS) DPI and font scaling isn't supported due to Java Limitations and could lead to GUI elements being cut off, layed over each other or being shoved outside of the visible GUI window. Workaround: Set DPI Scaling and "Display Settings->Change size of text, apps and other items" to 100% (or 96DPI or "Smaller" depending on OS version) in Windows. If text is too small for you with this, you can set Data Editor.exe's Compatibility Option setting "Override high DPI scaling behavior." to "System" in the latest version of Windows 10 or change your resolution to 1920x1080 and scaling disabled while working with the Data Editor. The latter works best if scaling is set to a multiple of 100% (200%, for example).
- The tool requires you to pick the game's .exe file in the directory WWE 2k19 is installed in order to work properly.
- The Data Editor doesn't warn you about settings that are incompatible with each other, such as assigning the same Ability (of different or same level) to different slots or assigning Skills that are mutually exclusive. It also allows Hit Point percentages to be set below or above the threshold selectable in-game.
- Scrollbars are always enabled in all main tabs for accessibility.
- Due to certain limitations, there are currently no scroll bars available in popup windows.
- The Alternate Attire Unlocker only works properly with the misc file from the Universal Alternate Attire Unlock 2k19 (included with Data Editor) or misc files based on it (the tool includes an installer if needed) or compatible versions. Trying it with other versions could mess up the files and your game.
- Windows 10 64 bit Version 1709 is the only supported operating System, but it should likely also work with earlier versions of Windows 10, Windows 7, 8 and 8.1. The tool might not work correctly under Linux, Unix and other operating systems, however, due to having to be wrapped into a Windows executable (.exe) in order for it to be able to write in certain folders and launch and communicate with other tools like CCT and WWE 2k19+.
- The Tag Team Editor doesn't check if you have duplicate Tag Team Members or if your Teams have Members 1 and 2. Ensure to set them manually to prevent possible crashes.
- The .match Editor allows you to set combinations for matches otherwise not possible in the game. Many of them will work, however some combinations may lead to glitches or even crashes. Be cautious when testing these and always backup your save game beforehand!
- Loading/editing a match edited with Data Editor's .match Editor in the game's creation suite will cause the game's restrictions to be applied. To prevent this, only edit matches you have applied game-unsupported combinations of conditions/rules/enviroments in the Data Editor and play them in the game to avoid them being reset.
