Please find attached the Final Representation along with the enclosures.

There are a total of 4 enclosures :

1)   Notification for our promotion to DCIT (Notification No. 19 dtd 31.12.2014)

2)   OM dated 8.9.1989

3)   Case Law in Rajoria

4)   Case law in Shukla

 

In the Final letter, the variable fields are marked in RED… Please change the same before submitting the Representation.

 

The Representation has to be sent through proper channel so we have to submit total of 5 copies. One for Addl, one for Pr.CIT, one for CCIT, one for Pr.CCIT and one for Member (Admn). 

Also we need one for our record. SO we have to make a total of 6 sets of the Representation along with enclosures.

1.   O/o Principal Chief Commissioner of Income-tax (CCA), Mumbai, for kind perusal and sincere request to kindly forward this letter to Member (Admn.) on sympathetic grounds.

3.   O/o Additional Director of Income-tax (HRD)-3, Delhi for kind perusal and necessary action.
