EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

Educational / Professional Qualification (Preferable) : B.E., B.Tech, MCA

Experience level                  : 7+ Years

Experience Level:

· Minimum 3 Years Experience of development in any of the following (AS/400,SMART, COBOL )

· Minimum 1 year of experience as Application Consultant (out of the total 3 years) in CSC SMART/400 based insurance IP (LIFE, POLISY, GROUP) is a must have.

· Last 2 years must have been spent in a systems analysts or design role

· Insurance Domain Knowledge is a distinct advantage

· Been involved in end to end deployment of a major application within a complex business environment

· Experience in any of the following is also an advantage (CAPSIL, Ingenium, MVS-PAXUS)

· Knowledge of iseries (AS/400) is an advantage
