Dear All – We have almost close to 30 + ejobs on hand and another 50 is getting approved on a fast track mode ..

 

Roughly 100 HC  will be the target for the offer roll out in another 1- 2 Months

 

Following will be our recruitment Strategy :

 

1.       Strong Hiring Pipeline building – 200 + Candidates

2.       Target Companies – CTS (To lay off 10,000) , TCS , Capgemini , Tech-M ,ZCOM, DigiplusIT , HCL

3.       Candidates Serving Notice period.

5.       Ratio of EOC/ECM/Concetpwave exp : OM : Java should be 25 :60 :15

6.       Come home back offers

7.       Walk-ins pre-scheduled @ alternate weeks. (Blr & Chennai)
