error adding users to nadine

i am using nadine locally on my pc and was able to add superuser (admin) perfectly fine

however when using the webapp i get this weird error message in red

and nothing happens, the user is not added

i checked the code of that member view and it seems everything is written correctly and there isnt even an error in the terminal, how can i locate the issue?

Oh yeah that is a bug. It’s misleading too as it’s just an import error while it is checking your settings. Something is missing in the default settings. Should be pretty easy to track down.
