Where is nadine database configuration

Hi all,
I failed install Nadine using vagrant, and I never use VM before so I try install nadine manually use python 3.6 and postgre 10, python successfully load the page but I don't know how configure postgre from command prompt so I'm using pgadmin.
The point is I'm still noob for python thing, where is nadine database configuration file? So I can create the database from pgadmin.

You can't install the database manually.  It needs to go through Django's manage script.  If the Django settings are correct in local_settings.py it will create all the models for you. 

I'm not surprised the vagrant install isn't working correctly.  I haven't updated it since before I made the python upgrade.  It needs some work.  If anyone is up for it I'd love a helping hand on that.

I just finished installing manually, just one page that not working and I report the issue on github.
Can I contribute to make installation instruction for windows?
Because just ubuntu and mac here,

Thanks for the bug submission.  That should be a pretty easy one to fix since it's just not handling missing settings like it should.  And yes, I'd accept documentation help.  Send me a pull request and I'll get it in there.
